The "Edit Meter Information" interface facilitates the modification of existing meter records within the system. This module allows users to update specific information related to a meter, ensuring data accuracy and currency.

This section displays the current details of the selected meter and allows for modifications. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and must contain valid data for the changes to be successfully updated.

• **Meter No*:** Edit the unique serial number of the meter. This is a required field.
• **Meter Name*:** Edit the designated name for the meter. This is a required field.
• **Meter Type*:** Select the classification of the meter from the dropdown menu. This is a required field.
• **Meter Model*:** Edit the model of the meter. This is a required field.
• **Meter Install Date*:** Edit the date on which the meter was installed. A calendar icon is available to modify this date if necessary. This is a required field.
• **Meter Unit*:** Select the unit of measurement for the meter from the dropdown menu. This is a required field.
• **Meter Digit*:** Edit the number of digits for the meter reading. This is a required field.
• **Meter Brand*:** Edit the brand of the meter. This is a required field.
• **Distribute Status*:** Select the distribution status of the meter from the dropdown menu. This is a required field.
• **Meter Status*:** Select the operational status of the meter from the dropdown menu. This is a required field.
• Description: Edit any additional relevant information or remarks regarding the meter in this text area.
• Account No: Displays the account no of the meter

Located at the bottom right of the interface, these buttons control the submission and cancellation of the meter modification process.

• Cancel: Selecting this button will discard all unsaved changes and close the "Edit Meter Information" interface.
• Update: Selecting this button will validate the modified information. If all mandatory fields are completed and data is valid, the meter record will be updated with the new details in the system.
