এই স্ক্রিনটি ব্যবহার করে নির্দিষ্ট মাস এবং বছরের জন্য DMA জোন সম্পর্কিত সকল তথ্যের রিপোর্ট তৈরি করা হয়। রিপোর্টটি প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী PDF বা Excel ফরম্যাটে ডাউনলোড করা যায়।
ধাপে ধাপে
- মেনু থেকে Reports-এ ক্লিক করুন।
- Report Category ড্রপডাউন থেকে DMA বেছে নিন।
- Report Name ড্রপডাউন থেকে DMA ZONE INFORMATION ALL নির্বাচন করুন।
- নিচের অংশে আপনার প্রয়োজনীয় Zone, Area, Month এবং Year নির্বাচন করুন।
- রিপোর্টটি পেতে আপনার পছন্দমতো Generate PDF অথবা Generate Excel বাটনে ক্লিক করুন।
জেনে রাখুন
- রিপোর্ট জেনারেট করার আগে অবশ্যই লাল তারকা (*) চিহ্নিত ফিল্ডগুলো সঠিকভাবে পূরণ করতে হবে।
স্ক্রিনের ঘর ও বোতামগুলোর মানে
**Report Category**অবশ্যই পূরণ করতে হবে
এখান থেকে রিপোর্টের ধরন হিসেবে DMA সিলেক্ট করতে হবে।
**Report Name**অবশ্যই পূরণ করতে হবে
এখান থেকে নির্দিষ্ট রিপোর্ট DMA ZONE INFORMATION ALL সিলেক্ট করতে হবে।
**Zone**অবশ্যই পূরণ করতে হবে
যে জোনের রিপোর্ট দেখতে চান তা এই ড্রপডাউন থেকে নির্বাচন করুন।
**Area**
নির্দিষ্ট এলাকার রিপোর্ট দেখতে চাইলে এখান থেকে এরিয়া বেছে নিন।
**Month**অবশ্যই পূরণ করতে হবে
যে মাসের রিপোর্ট তৈরি করতে চান তা নির্বাচন করুন।
**Year**অবশ্যই পূরণ করতে হবে
যে বছরের রিপোর্ট তৈরি করতে চান তা নির্বাচন করুন।
**Reset**
সিলেক্ট করা সব ফিল্টার মুছে ফেলে আগের অবস্থায় ফিরে যেতে এই বাটনে ক্লিক করুন।
**Generate PDF**
রিপোর্টটি PDF ফরম্যাটে তৈরি এবং ডাউনলোড করার বাটন।
**Generate Excel**
রিপোর্টটি Microsoft Excel ফরম্যাটে তৈরি এবং ডাউনলোড করার বাটন।

The "Report Center" module provides a centralized interface for generating various reports within the system. This module enables users to select report categories and report names, and then define specific parameters for report generation.
Generate Report Section
This section allows users to define the type and parameters for the report to be generated.
- Report Category *: Select the desired report category from the provided dropdown list. For this instance, "DMA" is selected. This is a required field.
- Report Name *: Select the specific report to be generated from the available report list. For this instance, "DMA ZONE INFORMATION ALL" is selected. This is a required field.
Report Specific Parameters Section (DMA ZONE INFORMATION ALL)
This section contains the filtering criteria specific to the DMA ZONE INFORMATION ALL report.
- Zone : Select the zone for which the report will be generated.
- Area : Select the area from the available dropdown list.
- Month : Select the month for which the DMA zone information report will be generated. This is a required field.
- Year : Select the year for which the DMA zone information report will be generated. This is a required field.
Actions
Located at the bottom of the interface, these buttons control report generation and filter management.
- Reset : Click this button to clear all selected filters and restore the default values.
- Generate PDF : Click this button to generate and download the DMA Zone Information AllReport in PDF format based on the selected criteria.
- Generate Excel : Click this button to generate and download the DMA Zone Information AllReport in Microsoft Excel format based on the selected criteria.
