এই স্ক্রিনটি ব্যবহার করে নির্দিষ্ট গ্রাহকের পানির লাইন কাটার নোটিশ বা ডিসকানেকশন লেটার তৈরি করা যায় এবং তা পিডিএফ (PDF) আকারে ডাউনলোড করা যায়।
ধাপে ধাপে
- বাম দিকের মেনু থেকে Reports-এ ক্লিক করুন।
- Report Category ড্রপডাউন থেকে LETTER নির্বাচন করুন।
- Report Name ড্রপডাউন থেকে DISCONNECTION LETTER নির্বাচন করুন।
- Zone ড্রপডাউন থেকে নির্দিষ্ট জোন বেছে নিন।
- Account No ঘরে গ্রাহকের অ্যাকাউন্ট নম্বরটি লিখুন।
- প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী From Date এবং To Date ক্যালেন্ডার থেকে নির্বাচন করুন।
- Disconnection Date ক্যালেন্ডার থেকে লেটার ইস্যু করার তারিখ নির্বাচন করুন।
- রিপোর্টটি ডাউনলোড করতে Generate PDF বাটনে ক্লিক করুন।
জেনে রাখুন
- রিপোর্ট তৈরি করার জন্য অবশ্যই Report Category, Report Name, Zone, Account No এবং Disconnection Date পূরণ করতে হবে।

রিপোর্টের শেষ তারিখ নির্বাচন করার ঘর।
Disconnection Dateঅবশ্যই পূরণ করতে হবে
যে তারিখে ডিসকানেকশন লেটার ইস্যু করা হবে সেই তারিখ।
Reset
সব তথ্য মুছে ফেলে নতুন করে ফর্ম পূরণের জন্য এই বাটনে ক্লিক করুন।
Generate PDF
পিডিএফ ফরম্যাটে রিপোর্ট তৈরি ও ডাউনলোড করার বাটন।

The "Report Center" module provides a centralized interface for generating various reports within the system. This module enables users to select report categories and report names, and then define specific parameters for report generation.
Generate Report Section
This section allows users to define the type and parameters for the report to be generated.
- Report Category *: Select the desired report category from the provided dropdown list. For this instance, "LETTER" is selected. This is a required field.
- Report Name *: Select the specific report to be generated from the available report list. For this instance, "DISCONNECTION LETTER" is selected. This is a required field.
Report Specific Parameters Section (DISCONNECTION LETTER)
This section contains the filtering criteria specific to the DISCONNECTION LETTER report.
- Zone *: Select the zone for which the report will be generated.
- Account No *: Enter the account number for which the disconnection letter will be generated. This is a required field.
- From Date : Select the starting date for the reporting period using the calendar picker.
- To Date : Select the ending date for the reporting period using the calendar picker.
- Disconnection Date *: Select the date on which the disconnection letter will be issued. This is a required field.
Actions
Located at the bottom of the interface, these buttons control report generation and filter management.
- Reset : Click this button to clear all selected filters and restore the default values.
- Generate PDF : Click this button to generate and download the Disconnection Letter Report in PDF format based on the selected criteria.
