ইউজার তথ্য দেখা (View User)

এই স্ক্রিনটি ব্যবহার করে সিস্টেমে থাকা যেকোনো ইউজারের বিস্তারিত তথ্য দেখা যায়। এখানে ইউজারের ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য, পারমিশন এবং জোন বা এরিয়া দেখা যাবে, তবে এখান থেকে কোনো কিছু পরিবর্তন করা যাবে না।

ধাপে ধাপে

  1. মেনু থেকে User Management-এ ক্লিক করে WASA Users-এ যান।
  2. ইউজারদের তালিকা থেকে নির্দিষ্ট ইউজারের ডানদিকে থাকা চোখের মতো আইকনে ক্লিক করুন।
  3. View User নামের একটি পপ-আপ উইন্ডো আসবে, যেখানে ইউজারের সব তথ্য দেখা যাবে।
  4. তথ্য দেখা শেষ হলে উইন্ডোর নিচে থাকা Close বাটনে ক্লিক করে এটি বন্ধ করুন।

জেনে রাখুন

  • এই স্ক্রিনে দেখানো সব তথ্য শুধুমাত্র দেখার জন্য (read-only)।
  • এখান থেকে ইউজারের কোনো তথ্য এডিট বা পরিবর্তন করা যাবে না।
  • যদি ইউজারের কোনো জোন বা এরিয়া ঠিক করা না থাকে, তবে যথাক্রমে 'No zone selected' বা 'No areas available' লেখা দেখাবে।

স্ক্রিনের ঘর ও বোতামগুলোর মানে

  • Select Employee as User

    এই ইউজার অ্যাকাউন্টের সাথে যুক্ত কর্মচারীর নাম ও আইডি।

  • Usernameঅবশ্যই পূরণ করতে হবে

    ইউজারের লগইন করার নির্দিষ্ট নাম বা আইডি।

  • First Name

    ইউজারের নামের প্রথম অংশ।

  • Last Name

    ইউজারের নামের শেষ অংশ।

  • Phone Numberঅবশ্যই পূরণ করতে হবে

    ইউজারের মোবাইল বা ফোন নম্বর।

  • Emailঅবশ্যই পূরণ করতে হবে

    ইউজারের ইমেইল অ্যাড্রেস।

  • Is Super Admin?

    ইউজার সুপার অ্যাডমিন কি না, তা এখানে টিক চিহ্ন দিয়ে বোঝানো থাকে।

  • Enabled User

    ইউজারের অ্যাকাউন্টটি বর্তমানে চালু আছে কি না, তা নির্দেশ করে।

  • Description

    ইউজার সম্পর্কে কোনো অতিরিক্ত তথ্য বা নোট।

  • Roles

    ইউজারকে সিস্টেমে কী কী কাজ করার পারমিশন দেওয়া হয়েছে তার তালিকা।

  • Zone

    ইউজার কোন জোনের দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত, তা এখানে দেখায়।

  • Areas

    নির্ধারিত জোনের অধীনে ইউজার কোন কোন এরিয়ার কাজ করতে পারবেন।

  • Close

    এই বাটনে ক্লিক করলে উইন্ডোটি বন্ধ হয়ে আগের স্ক্রিনে ফিরে যাবে।

The "View User" interface provides a read-only display of an existing user account’s detail within the system. This module allows administrators to review comprehensive information about a specific user, including their personal data, assigned permissions, and geographical/operational assignments, without the ability to make modifications.

User Information Section

This section displays the core personal and credential details of the selected user. All fields in this view are for informational purposes only and cannot be edited.

  • Select Employee as User: Displays the employee associated with this user account.
  • User Name: The unique username of the individual.
  • Email: The primary email address of the user.
  • First Name: The user's first name.
  • Last Name: The user's last name.
  • Phone Number: The user's contact telephone number.
  • Enabled User: Indicates whether the user account is currently enabled (checked) or disabled (unchecked).
  • Is Super Admin?: Indicates whether the user possesses super administrative privileges (checked) or not (unchecked).
  • Description: Any additional information or notes regarding the user account.

Permissions Section

This section displays the roles and access privileges currently assigned to the user. All information in this section is read-only.

  • Roles: Displays the specific roles assigned to the user. These roles define the user's permissions and access levels across various system modules.

Zone & Area Assignment Section

This section displays the geographical or operational zones and areas assigned to the user, indicating their scope of responsibility and data access. All information in this section is read-only.

  • Zone: Displays the larger operational or geographical zone to which the user is assigned. A "No zone selected" message will appear if no zone is assigned.
  • Area: Displays the specific areas within the assigned zone that are accessible to the user. A "No areas available" message will appear if no areas are configured or assigned for the selected zone.

Actions

Actions

Located at the bottom right of the interface, this button allows for navigation away from the view.

  • Cancel: Selecting this button will close the "View User" interface and return to the previous screen.
