মেনু সেটআপ (Menu Setup)

এই স্ক্রিনটি ব্যবহার করে অ্যাডমিনরা সফটওয়্যারের নেভিগেশন মেনু তৈরি, পরিবর্তন বা মুছে ফেলতে পারেন। মেনুর নাম, লিংক এবং সিরিয়াল এখান থেকে নিয়ন্ত্রণ করা যায়।

ধাপে ধাপে

  1. বাম দিকের মেনু থেকে System Settings-এ ক্লিক করে Menu Setup নির্বাচন করুন।
  2. নতুন মেনু তৈরি করতে ডান দিকের Create Menu ফর্মে প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য দিন।
  3. সব তথ্য দেওয়া হলে Add Menu বাটনে চাপ দিন।
  4. আগে থেকে থাকা কোনো মেনু পরিবর্তন করতে বাম দিকের Navigation প্যানেল থেকে এডিট (পেন্সিল) আইকনে ক্লিক করুন এবং তথ্য আপডেট করুন।
  5. কোনো মেনু মুছে ফেলতে ডিলিট (ট্র্যাশ) আইকনে ক্লিক করুন।

জেনে রাখুন

  • মেনু ডিলিট করার আগে একটি কনফার্মেশন মেসেজ আসবে, তাই সাবধানে ডিলিট করুন।
  • মেনুর সিরিয়াল বা অর্ডার পরিবর্তন করলে তা সফটওয়্যারের নেভিগেশনে সাথে সাথে আপডেট হয়ে যাবে।

স্ক্রিনের ঘর ও বোতামগুলোর মানে

  • Titleঅবশ্যই পূরণ করতে হবে

    মেনুর নাম লিখুন যা সফটওয়্যারে দেখা যাবে।

  • Link Typeঅবশ্যই পূরণ করতে হবে

    মেনুর লিংকের ধরন (Internal বা External) নির্বাচন করুন।

  • Menu Linkঅবশ্যই পূরণ করতে হবে

    মেনুতে ক্লিক করলে কোন পেজে যাবে তা নির্বাচন করুন।

  • Menu Orderঅবশ্যই পূরণ করতে হবে

    মেনুটি কত নম্বরে দেখাবে সেই সিরিয়াল নম্বর দিন।

  • Parent Menu

    এটি কোনো মূল মেনু নাকি সাব-মেনু তা নির্ধারণ করুন। মূল মেনু হলে 'None (Top Level)' বেছে নিন।

  • Show on Menu

    মেনুটি সফটওয়্যারে দেখাতে চাইলে এই বক্সে টিক দিন।

  • Icon Name

    মেনুর নামের পাশে দেখানোর জন্য একটি আইকন বেছে নিন।

  • Description

    মেনু সম্পর্কে কোনো অতিরিক্ত তথ্য থাকলে এখানে লিখুন।

  • Add Menu

    নতুন মেনু সেভ করার বাটন।

  • Reset

    ফর্মের সব তথ্য মুছে আগের অবস্থায় ফিরিয়ে আনার বাটন।

The "Menu Setup" module allows administrators to create and manage system navigation menus. Administrators can configure menu titles, links, hierarchy, display order, and visibility settings to control how menus appear within the application.

Navigation Panel

The navigation panel displays all existing system menus in a hierarchical structure. Administrators can review and manage menu items from this section.

Create Menu

This section allows administrators to create a new menu item.

Field NameDescription
TitleEnter the name of the menu to be displayed in the system navigation.
Link TypeSelect the type of menu link. Available options may include Internal or External links.
Menu LinkSelect the destination page or system module associated with the menu.
Menu OrderSpecify the display order of the menu within the navigation structure.
Parent MenuSelect a parent menu to create a submenu. Choose None (Top Level) to create a main menu item.
Show on MenuEnable this option to display the menu in the system navigation.
Icon NameSelect an icon to be displayed alongside the menu title.
DescriptionEnter additional information or remarks regarding the menu item.

Actions

  • Add Menu: Creates and saves a new menu item in the system navigation.
  • Update Menu: Allows administrators to modify the details of an existing menu, such as the title, link, menu order, parent menu, visibility settings, icon, and description.
  • Delete Menu: Removes an existing menu item from the navigation structure. A confirmation message may be displayed before the menu is permanently deleted.
  • Reset: Clears all entered values and restores the form to its default state.

Administrators can select an existing menu from the navigation panel to view, update, or delete its configuration. Any changes made to menu settings will be reflected in the system navigation according to the defined menu hierarchy and display order.
