এই স্ক্রিনটি ব্যবহার করে কনজ্যুমার একাউন্টের মালিকানা পরিবর্তনের বিস্তারিত তথ্য দেখা যায়। এখানকার তথ্যগুলো শুধু পড়া যাবে, কোনো পরিবর্তন করা যাবে না।

ধাপে ধাপে

  1. বাম পাশের মেনু থেকে Consumer & Account Information-এ ক্লিক করে Account Owner Transfer নির্বাচন করুন।
  2. তালিকা থেকে নির্দিষ্ট রেকর্ডের ডানপাশের 'View' (চোখ) আইকনে ক্লিক করলে View Consumer Account উইন্ডোটি খুলবে।
  3. উইন্ডোতে থাকা কনজ্যুমার একাউন্ট ট্রান্সফারের বিস্তারিত তথ্যগুলো দেখে নিন।
  4. দেখা শেষ হলে নিচে ডানদিকে থাকা Close বাটনে চাপ দিয়ে উইন্ডোটি বন্ধ করুন।

জেনে রাখুন

  • এই স্ক্রিনের সব তথ্য শুধুমাত্র দেখার জন্য (read-only)। এখান থেকে কোনো তথ্য পরিবর্তন বা এডিট করা যাবে না।

স্ক্রিনের ঘর ও বোতামগুলোর মানে

  • **Consumer Account ***অবশ্যই পূরণ করতে হবে

    যে একাউন্টের মালিকানা পরিবর্তন করা হয়েছে তার নম্বর এখানে দেখায়।

  • **Current Owner/Consumer**

    একাউন্টের বর্তমান বা আগের মালিকের নাম এখানে দেখা যায়।

  • **New Owner/Consumer ***অবশ্যই পূরণ করতে হবে

    নতুন মালিকের নাম, যার নামে একাউন্টটি ট্রান্সফার করা হয়েছে।

  • **Transfer Date**

    একাউন্টের মালিকানা পরিবর্তনের তারিখ এখানে দেখায়।

  • **Remarks**

    একাউন্ট ট্রান্সফার সম্পর্কিত কোনো মন্তব্য বা অতিরিক্ত তথ্য এখানে থাকে।

  • **Close**

    এই বাটনে চাপ দিলে উইন্ডোটি বন্ধ হয়ে আগের স্ক্রিনে ফিরে যাবে।

The "View Consumer Account" interface allows users to inspect the detailed information of a consumer account ownership transfer record in a read-only format. This module ensures data visibility without enabling modifications.

Consumer Account Information Section

This section displays the current details of the selected consumer account transfer. All fields in this section are read-only.

  • **Consumer Account*:** Displays the consumer account number for which ownership was transferred.
  • Current Owner/Consumer: Displays the name of the current or previous owner or consumer associated with the account.
  • **New Owner/Consumer*:** Displays the new owner or consumer to whom the account was transferred.
  • Transfer Date: Displays the date of the account ownership transfer.
  • Remarks: Displays any additional relevant information or comments regarding the account transfer.

Actions

Located at the bottom right of the interface, this button controls the closure of the account transfer viewing process.

  • Close: Selecting this button will close the "View Consumer Account" interface and return to the previous screen.
