এই মডিউলের মাধ্যমে গ্রাহকদের মাসিক মিটার রিডিং সিস্টেমে এন্ট্রি এবং সেভ করা হয়।
ধাপে ধাপে
- মেনু থেকে Bill Generation Process-এর অধীনে Meter Bill থেকে Meter Reading Entry-তে ক্লিক করুন।
- Bill Year, Bill Month, Zone এবং Inspector ড্রপডাউন থেকে সঠিক তথ্য বেছে নিন।
- নতুন রিডিং দিতে New Entry বাটনে চাপ দিন।
- নির্দিষ্ট গ্রাহকের অ্যাকাউন্ট নম্বর এবং বর্তমান রিডিংয়ের তথ্যগুলো (যেমন: Present Date, Present Reading) পূরণ করুন।
- সব তথ্য ঠিক থাকলে নিচে থাকা Save বাটনে ক্লিক করে সেভ করুন।
জেনে রাখুন
- Bill Year, Bill Month, Zone এবং Inspector ফিল্ডগুলো অবশ্যই পূরণ করতে হবে (স্টার * মার্ক করা)।
- অ্যাকাউন্ট নম্বর দেওয়ার পর Consumer Info অংশে গ্রাহকের বিস্তারিত তথ্য দেখা যাবে।
- টেবিলের ডানদিকের ট্র্যাশ ক্যান আইকনে ক্লিক করে যেকোনো ভুল রিডিং এন্ট্রি মুছে ফেলা যাবে।

Reset
ফিল্টারের সব তথ্য মুছে আগের অবস্থায় ফিরে যাওয়ার বাটন।
New Entry
নতুন মিটার রিডিং এন্ট্রি স্ক্রিনে যাওয়ার বাটন।
Present Dateঅবশ্যই পূরণ করতে হবে
বর্তমান মিটার রিডিং নেওয়ার তারিখ।
Present Readingঅবশ্যই পূরণ করতে হবে
মিটারের বর্তমান রিডিং।

The "Meter Reading Entry" module, located under "Bill Generation Process," facilitates the recording of monthly meter readings. This module allows users to enter, manage, and save meter reading data for various accounts.
Pre Select Account Config Section
This section allows users to filter and select the accounts for which meter readings will be entered. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory for filtering.
- Bill Year *: Select the billing year from the dropdown menu. This is a required field.
- Bill Month *: Select the billing month from the dropdown menu. This is a required field.
- Zone *: Select the relevant zone from the dropdown menu. This is a required field.
- ARO : Select the Area Revenue Officer (ARO) from the dropdown menu. This field is optional.
- Inspector *: Select the Inspector responsible for the meter reading from the dropdown menu. This is a required field.
- Reset : Activate this button to clear all selected filter values and restore the form to its default state.
- New Entry : Activate this button to proceed to the Meter Reading Entry screen, where meter reading information can be entered for the selected billing period and filter criteria.
Reading Data Entry Section
This section displays a table for entering meter reading data for the selected accounts.
The table provides the following columns for each entry:

| A/C No. | Displays the unique consumer account number. |
| Year | Displays the billing year for the meter reading record. |
| Month | Displays the billing month for the meter reading record. |

| Pres. Date | Displays the date on which the current meter reading was recorded. |
| Prev. Reading (k) | Displays the previous meter reading in units of 'k'. |
| Pres. Reading (k) | Displays the current meter reading in units of 'k'. |
| Prev. Consumption | Displays the consumption recorded during the previous billing period. |
| Consumption (k) | Displays the calculated water consumption for the current billing period based on the meter readings. |
| Billed Amount (Tk) | Displays the total bill amount generated for the current billing period in Bangladeshi Taka (Tk). |
| Variation | Displays the difference in consumption compared to the previous billing period. |
| Variation Percentage (%) | Displays the percentage increase or decrease in consumption compared to the previous billing period. |
| Status | Displays the current processing status of the meter reading record (e.g., Pending, Approved, Billed). |
| Actions | Contains icons that enable specific operations to be performed on the respective meter reading entry. |
Row-Specific Actions
Each entry within the "Reading Data Entry" table includes actionable icons under the "Actions" column:
- Delete Icon (Trash Can icon): Select this icon to remove a specific meter reading entry row from the table.
Additional Details Section
This section displays additional information about the selected consumer account once an account is active in the "Reading Data Entry" table.
- Consumer Name: Displays the name of the consumer.
- Account Type: Displays the type of consumer account.
- Category: Displays the category assigned to the consumer account.
- Water Status: Displays the current status of the consumer's water connection.
- Sewer Status: Displays the current status of the consumer's sewer connection.
- Meter Status: Displays the current status of the installed meter.
- Avg Consumption: Displays the average water consumption for the consumer account.
- Avg Consum. (Variation): Displays the average consumption variation compared to previous billing periods.
- Meter No.: Displays the meter number assigned to the consumer account.
- Meter Digit: Displays the number of digits supported by the installed meter.
- Meter Install Date: Displays the date on which the meter was installed.
- Phone No.: Displays the registered phone number associated with the consumer.
- Address: Displays the registered address of the consumer.
Global Actions
Located at the bottom of the interface, these buttons control the navigation and saving of meter reading data.
- Back: Select this button to return to the previous screen or module.
- Save: Select this button to save all entered and modified meter reading data in the "Reading Data Entry" table to the system.
Summary Display
- Total Entry: Displays the total number of entries currently present in the "Reading Data Entry" table.
- Total Consumption(k): Displays the sum of consumption for all entries in the "Reading Data Entry" table in units of 'k'.
