এই মডিউলটি ব্যবহার করে বাতিলযোগ্য পানির বিলগুলো খুঁজে বের করা যায় এবং প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী ভুল বা বাতিলযোগ্য বিলগুলো সিস্টেম থেকে বাতিল (Cancel) করা যায়।
ধাপে ধাপে
- মেনু থেকে Water Cancel Bill-এ ক্লিক করে স্ক্রিনটি ওপেন করুন।
- Search By অপশন থেকে আপনি কীভাবে বিলটি খুঁজতে চান তা নির্বাচন করুন (Account No., Bill No., অথবা Batch ID)।
- আপনার নির্বাচন অনুযায়ী পাশের বক্সে তথ্যটি লিখুন (যেমন: ১০ ডিজিটের অ্যাকাউন্ট নম্বর)।
- Search বাটনে ক্লিক করুন।
- নিচের তালিকায় বিলের তথ্যগুলো ভালোভাবে চেক করুন।
- বিলটি বাতিল করতে Actions কলামের লাল ক্রস আইকনে চাপ দিন, অথবা বিলটি চেকবক্স দিয়ে সিলেক্ট করে নিচে থাকা লাল রঙের Cancel Bill বাটনে ক্লিক করুন।
জেনে রাখুন
- সিস্টেমের নিয়ম অনুযায়ী কেবল বাতিল করার যোগ্য বিলগুলোই সার্চ করার পর তালিকায় দেখাবে।
- একবার কোনো বিল বাতিল হয়ে গেলে সেটি দিয়ে আর পেমেন্ট নেওয়া যাবে না। প্রয়োজনে নতুন করে বিল তৈরি করতে হবে।

The Water Cancel Bill module is used to search for cancellable water bills and cancel eligible bills when required. Users can search using an Account Number , Bill Number , or Batch ID , review the bill details, and cancel the selected bill.
Search Criteria
- Search By: Select one of the following search options:
- Account No.
- Bill No.
- Batch ID
- A/C No. (10 Digits): Enter the 10-digit consumer account number to search for cancellable bills.
- Reset: Clears all entered search criteria and restores the default values.
- Search: Retrieves cancellable bill records matching the specified search criteria.
Cancellable Bill List

| Account No. | Displays the consumer account number. |
| Year | Displays the billing year. |

| Last Payment Date | Displays the bill payment deadline. |
| Water Amount (Tk) | Displays the water bill amount. |
| Sewer Amount (Tk) | Displays the sewer bill amount. |
| VAT Amount (Tk) | Displays the VAT amount. |
| Billed Amount (Tk) | Displays the total billed amount. |
| Actions | Provides the option to cancel the selected bill. |
Additional Features
- Export to Excel: Exports the displayed bill records to an Excel file for reporting or analysis.
- Grid View: Displays the search results in a tabular format.
- Columns: Allows users to show or hide specific columns in the grid.
Action Button
- Cancel Bill: Cancels the selected eligible bill.
Note: Only bills that meet the system-defined cancellation criteria are displayed in the Cancellable BillSearch results. Once a bill is cancelled, it can no longer be used for payment processing and may need to be regenerated if required.
