এই মডিউলটি ব্যবহার করে ডিপ টিউবওয়েল (DTW) এর বাতিলযোগ্য বিলগুলো খুঁজে বের করা যায় এবং ভুল বা অপ্রয়োজনীয় বিল বাতিল করা যায়।
ধাপে ধাপে
- মেনু থেকে Bill Generation Process, তারপর Cancel Bill, এবং শেষে Deep Tubewell Cancel Bill-এ ক্লিক করুন।
- Search By অপশন থেকে আপনি কীভাবে বিলটি খুঁজতে চান তা নির্বাচন করুন (Bill No. অথবা DTW A/C No.)।
- আপনার নির্বাচিত অপশন অনুযায়ী বিল নম্বর বা ১১ ডিজিটের অ্যাকাউন্ট নম্বরটি ফাঁকা বক্সে লিখুন।
- বিলটি খুঁজে পেতে Search বাটনে ক্লিক করুন।
- নিচের তালিকায় বিলটি দেখা গেলে, বিলের বাম পাশের চেকবক্সে টিক দিন।
- বিলটি বাতিল করতে তালিকার নিচে থাকা লাল রঙের Cancel Bill বাটনে ক্লিক করুন অথবা Actions কলামের ক্রস আইকনে চাপ দিন।
জেনে রাখুন
- সার্চ রেজাল্টে শুধুমাত্র বাতিলযোগ্য (eligible) ডিপ টিউবওয়েল বিলগুলোই দেখা যাবে।
- একবার কোনো বিল বাতিল করা হলে সেটি আর পেমেন্টের জন্য ব্যবহার করা যাবে না। প্রয়োজন হলে বিলটি পুনরায় জেনারেট করতে হবে।

The Deep Tubewell Cancel Bill module is used to search for cancellable Deep Tubewell (DTW) bills and cancel eligible bills when required. Users can search using either the Bill Number or DTW AccountNumber , review the bill details, and cancel the selected bill.
Search Criteria
- Search By: Select one of the following search options:
- Bill No.
- DTW A/C No.
- DTW A/C No. (11 Digits): Enter the 11-digit Deep Tubewell account number to search for cancellable bills.
- Reset: Clears all entered search criteria and restores the default values.
- Search: Retrieves cancellable Deep Tubewell bill records matching the specified search criteria.
Cancellable Bill List

Action Buttons
- Reset: Clears the search criteria.
- Search: Retrieves the matching bill records.
- Cancel Bill: Cancels the selected eligible bill.
Note: Only eligible Deep Tubewell bills are displayed in the search results. Once a bill is cancelled, it is no longer valid for payment processing and may need to be regenerated if required.
