এই স্ক্রিনটি ব্যবহার করে সিস্টেমে থাকা বিভিন্ন বস্তি বা স্লামের (Slum) তথ্য দেখা, খোঁজা এবং নতুন স্লাম যোগ করা যায়। জোন অনুযায়ী স্লামের তালিকা পরিচালনা করতে এটি ব্যবহৃত হয়।
ধাপে ধাপে
- মেনু থেকে Configuration setup-এ গিয়ে Common Setup-এর অধীনে Slum Information-এ ক্লিক করুন।
- নির্দিষ্ট স্লাম খুঁজতে Zone: বা Slum: ড্রপডাউন থেকে তথ্য বেছে নিয়ে Search বাটনে চাপ দিন।
- নতুন স্লাম যোগ করতে ডানদিকের উপরের কোণায় থাকা Add New + বাটনে ক্লিক করুন।
- তালিকার কোনো স্লামের বিস্তারিত দেখতে, পরিবর্তন করতে বা মুছে ফেলতে Actions কলামের আইকনগুলো (চোখ, পেন্সিল, ডাস্টবিন) ব্যবহার করুন।
- পুরো তালিকাটি এক্সেলে ডাউনলোড করতে Export to Excel বাটনে ক্লিক করুন।
জেনে রাখুন
- ডিলিট আইকন (Trash Can) ব্যবহার করার সময় সতর্ক থাকুন, কারণ একবার মুছে ফেললে তা আর ফেরত আনা যাবে না এবং সিস্টেমে সমস্যা হতে পারে।
স্ক্রিনের ঘর ও বোতামগুলোর মানে
Zone:
নির্দিষ্ট জোনের স্লাম খুঁজতে এই ড্রপডাউন থেকে জোন নির্বাচন করুন।
Slum:
নির্দিষ্ট স্লাম খুঁজতে এখান থেকে স্লামের নাম নির্বাচন করুন।
Search
বাছাই করা তথ্য দিয়ে তালিকা খুঁজতে এই বাটনে ক্লিক করুন।

Slum Code
স্লামের জন্য নির্ধারিত একটি ইউনিক কোড।
Slum Name
স্লাম বা বস্তির অফিসিয়াল নাম।
Zone Name
স্লামটি যে জোনের অধীনে তার নাম।
Effective Date
যে তারিখ থেকে এই স্লামের তথ্যটি কার্যকর হয়েছে।
Status
স্লামটি বর্তমানে চালু (ACTIVE) নাকি বন্ধ (INACTIVE) তা দেখায়।
Actions

The "Slum Information" module empowers administrators to efficiently manage and maintain data pertaining to slum areas within the system. This module facilitates the comprehensive oversight of slum data, including their associated zones, effective periods, and operational status, which is crucial for targeted service delivery, urban planning, and community development initiatives.
Search Query
This section enables users to efficiently search for existing slum configurations based on specific criteria.
- Slum Code: Enter the full or partial code of the slum to be retrieved.
- Slum Name: Enter the full or partial name of the slum to be retrieved.
- Zone Code: Enter the full or partial code of the parent zone to which the slum belongs.
- Zone Name: Enter the full or partial name of the parent zone to which the slum belongs.
- Search: Activate this button to apply the specified search filters and populate the "List of Slums" table with corresponding results.
- Reset: Activate this button to clear all applied search filters, thereby displaying all available slum configurations in the "List of Slums" table.
Filter and Pagination
- Filter Text Box: Enter keywords into the "Filter..." text box located above the table. The table will dynamically filter rows to display only entries that contain the entered text.
- Pagination Controls: Located at the bottom-right of the table, these controls (e.g., "1," "2," "Next," "Previous") allow navigation through multiple pages of results if the list is extensive. A dropdown menu enables users to select the number of rows displayed per page (e.g., "10," "25," "50").
Table Columns
The "List of Slums" table provides the following columns for each slum entry:

| Actions | Contains icons that enable specific operations to be performed on the respective slum entry. |
Actions
Each slum entry within the "List of Slums" table includes actionable icons under the "Actions" column:
- View/Details Icon (Eye icon): Select this icon to display the complete details of a specific slum configuration in a read-only format.
- Edit Icon (Pencil icon): Select this icon to modify the attributes of an existing slum configuration. This action will typically open a form allowing data input.
- Delete Icon (Trash Can icon): Select this icon to remove a slum configuration from the system. Caution is advised: This action is irreversible and may impact system functionality if the slum is referenced elsewhere. A confirmation prompt will usually appear before deletion.
- More Actions Icon (Gear/Cog icon): (If present) This icon indicates additional, less frequently used actions specific to the slum entry, which may include functionalities like status change, auditing, or other custom operations.
Adding New Slum Configuration
To initiate the addition of a new slum configuration to the system:
1. Select the "Add New +" button, conveniently located in the upper-right quadrant of the screen, above the "List of Slums" table. 2. Upon selection, a new form or modal window will appear, prompting the input of detailed information for the new slum. Complete all required fields as per system guidelines.
Exporting Data
The data presented within the "List of Slums" table can be exported into various common formats for reporting or external use:
- Excel: Select the "Excel" button to download the current list of slums in Microsoft Excel format (.xlsx).
- PDF: Select the "PDF" button to generate and download a PDF document of the displayed list.
Column Customization
The "Columns" button facilitates the customization of visible columns within the "List of Slums" table. Selecting this button will reveal a dropdown menu, allowing users to select or deselect specific columns for display, thereby tailoring the table view to their preference or reporting needs. This feature helps in focusing on relevant data by hiding unnecessary columns.
