The Edit Variation Percentage module allows administrators to modify existing variation percentage records. This functionality ensures that variation rates, effective dates, descriptions, and supporting documents remain accurate and up to date.

The Edit Variation Percentage form displays the current information of the selected record and allows users to update the necessary fields. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.

• **VariationName*:** Displays the name of the variation percentage (e.g., INFRASTRUCTURE H). This field is editable and can be updated if required.
• **Variation Percentage (%) *:** Displays the current variation percentage value (e.g., 8). This field can be modified to reflect the updated percentage.
• **Effective Date *:** Displays the date from which the variation percentage becomes effective (e.g., 03-06-2026). Users can select a new date using the date picker if necessary.

• Description: An editable text field for providing additional details, remarks, or business justification related to the variation percentage (e.g., Infrastructure improvement cost).
• Attachment: This section allows users to upload or replace supporting documents associated with the variation percentage.

• Click to Upload: Select files from your local device.
• Drag & Drop: Drag and drop files directly into the upload area.
• Maximum File Size: 10 MB per file.

• Update: After making the necessary changes and attaching any required documents, click the Update button to save the modifications. Upon successful update, the system will store the revised information and refresh the variation percentage list.

• Cancel: Click the Cancel button to discard any changes and close the form without updating the record.
