The View Variation Percentage module provides a read-only display of the complete details of an existing variation percentage record. This functionality is essential for reviewing configured variation data, supporting audit checks, and ensuring accurate information retrieval without allowing any modification.

The View Variation Percentage form shows all stored information for the selected record in a non-editable format.

• Variation Name: Displays the name of the variation percentage (e.g., DISCOUNT POLICY G).

• Variation Percentage (%): Shows the configured percentage value (e.g., 10).

• Effective Date: Displays the date from which the variation percentage becomes active (e.g., 03-06-2026).

• Description: Displays the detailed description associated with the variation percentage (e.g., Promotional discount variation).

• Attachment: Indicates whether any supporting documents are attached to the record. In view mode, this section is primarily used for reference and document visibility.

• Close: Click the Close button to exit the view screen. The system will return the user to the Variation Percentage Setup list page without making any changes. . This module ensures secure, read-only access to variation percentage data, supporting verification, reporting, and system transparency.
