The "Add Target" module allows administrators to define and add new performance targets to the system's target management framework. This functionality is essential for setting new goals, which can then be tracked and analyzed against actual performance.

Complete the following fields to define the new target. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory and must be populated for successful creation.

• Year: Select the calendar year for which the target is being set from the provided dropdown list (e.g., "2025").
• Month: Select the specific month within the chosen year for which the target applies from the provided dropdown list (e.g., "June").
• **Zone *:** Select the specific zone to which this target is assigned from the dropdown list (e.g., "Select a value"). This field is mandatory.
• **Target Amount *:** Enter the numerical value representing the target goal for the specified period and zone. This field is mandatory.
• Description: Provide any additional relevant details, notes, or a brief description for the target in this free-text field.

• Create: After accurately populating all required and relevant fields, select the "Create" button to submit the new target entry. Upon successful submission, the system will typically close the modal and update the "List of Targets" with the newly created entry.
• Cancel: If you wish to discard the entered information and abandon the creation of the new target, select the "Cancel" button. The modal window will close, and no changes will be saved to the system.
