এই স্ক্রিনটি ব্যবহার করে আগে থেকে তৈরি করা ভ্যাট (VAT) এর বিস্তারিত তথ্য দেখা যায়। এখানে কোনো তথ্য পরিবর্তন করা যায় না, এটি শুধুমাত্র তথ্য যাচাই বা দেখার জন্য ব্যবহার করা হয়।
ধাপে ধাপে
- বাম দিকের মেনু থেকে Configuration setup-এ গিয়ে Common Setup-এর অধীনে VAT Setup-এ ক্লিক করুন।
- ভ্যাটের তালিকা থেকে যে ভ্যাটটির বিস্তারিত দেখতে চান, তার ডানদিকের Actions কলামের চোখের আইকনে ক্লিক করুন।
- স্ক্রিনে View VAT নামের একটি উইন্ডো আসবে, যেখানে ভ্যাটের নাম, রেট এবং অন্যান্য তথ্য দেখা যাবে।
- তথ্য দেখা শেষ হলে উইন্ডোটি বন্ধ করতে নিচের ডানদিকের Close বাটনে ক্লিক করুন।
জেনে রাখুন
- View VAT স্ক্রিন থেকে কোনো তথ্য পরিবর্তন বা এডিট করা যায় না, এটি সম্পূর্ণ রিড-ওনলি (read-only)।
- যুক্ত করা কোনো ফাইল বা অ্যাটাচমেন্ট এখান থেকে শুধু দেখা বা ডাউনলোড করা যাবে, কিন্তু মুছে ফেলা বা নতুন করে আপলোড করা যাবে না।
স্ক্রিনের ঘর ও বোতামগুলোর মানে
VAT Nameঅবশ্যই পূরণ করতে হবে
ভ্যাট কনফিগারেশনের নাম এখানে দেখা যায়।
Rate (%)অবশ্যই পূরণ করতে হবে
ভ্যাটের হার বা রেট কত শতাংশ (%), তা এখানে দেখানো হয়।
Remarks
ভ্যাট সম্পর্কিত কোনো মন্তব্য বা নোট থাকলে তা এখানে দেখা যায়।
Effective Dateঅবশ্যই পূরণ করতে হবে
এই ভ্যাট রেটটি কবে থেকে কার্যকর হবে, সেই তারিখটি এখানে থাকে।
Attachment
ভ্যাট সম্পর্কিত কোনো ডকুমেন্ট যুক্ত করা থাকলে তা এখান থেকে দেখা বা ডাউনলোড করা যায়।
Close
বিস্তারিত দেখার পর উইন্ডোটি বন্ধ করে আগের তালিকায় ফিরে যাওয়ার বাটন।

The "View VAT" module provides a read-only display of the comprehensive details for an existing Value Added Tax (VAT) configuration. This function is essential for reviewing specific VAT rates and their associated information, supporting data verification, audit processes, and general information retrieval without the possibility of accidental modification.
VAT Configuration Details Display
The "View VAT" form presents all configured information for the selected VAT entry in a non-editable format. This ensures data integrity and provides a clear snapshot of the VAT's properties.
- VAT Name: Displays the name of the VAT configuration.
- Effective Date: Shows the effective date from which this VAT configuration is active.
- Rate (%): Presents the applicable VAT rate as a percentage.
- Remarks: Displays any additional comments or notes recorded for the VAT configuration.
- Attachment: Displays any attached supporting documents. These attachments are typically viewable or downloadable but not editable from this screen.
Closing the VAT Details View
- Close: To exit the "View VAT" details form, select the "Close" button located at the bottom-right of the modal window. This action will return you to the VAT management list view.
