This guide provides instructions for viewing existing "Other Charge" configurations within the system. The "View Other Charge" interface displays information in a read-only format, meaning no modifications can be made from this screen.

This section displays all relevant details pertaining to the selected charge.

• Charge For $: Displays the primary category or designation to which this charge applies.
• Charge Name: Shows the specific name that identifies this charge.
• Memo No.: Displays the unique memorandum number associated with this charge record.
• Memo Date: Shows the date corresponding to the memo.
• Rate Nature: Indicates the calculation basis for this charge’s rate (e.g., fixed value, percentage).
• Rate $: Displays the numerical value of the charge in the designated currency.
• Effective Date: Shows the precise date from which this charge is active within the system.
• End Date: Displays the date on which this charge ceases to be active within the system.
• Description: Provides any comprehensive notes, explanations, or supplementary information relevant to this specific charge.

• Attachment: This area indicates the presence of any attached supporting documentation. Files cannot be uploaded, downloaded, or modified from this view.

• Cancel: Select this button to close the "View Other Charge" interface and return to the previous screen.
