এই মডিউলটি ব্যবহার করে অ্যাডমিনিস্ট্রেটররা সিস্টেমের ইউজার একাউন্টগুলো পরিচালনা করতে পারেন। এখান থেকে নতুন ইউজার তৈরি, তথ্য দেখা, এডিট করা, ডিলিট করা এবং ইউজারের তালিকা এক্সপোর্ট করা যায়।

ধাপে ধাপে

  1. প্রথমে বাম দিকের মেনু থেকে User Management-এ ক্লিক করে WASA Users-এ যান।
  2. নির্দিষ্ট কোনো ইউজার খুঁজতে User Name, Email, Phone Number বা Role দিয়ে Search বাটনে চাপ দিন।
  3. নতুন ইউজার যোগ করতে ডানদিকের উপরে Add New + বাটনে ক্লিক করে ফর্মটি পূরণ করুন।
  4. ইউজারের বিস্তারিত দেখতে, তথ্য পরিবর্তন করতে বা মুছে ফেলতে তালিকার ডানদিকে Actions কলামের আইকনগুলো (Eye, Pencil, Trash Can) ব্যবহার করুন।
  5. ইউজারের তালিকা ডাউনলোড করতে Export to Excel বা পিডিএফ বাটনে ক্লিক করুন।

জেনে রাখুন

  • Trash Can আইকনে ক্লিক করে কোনো ইউজার ডিলিট করলে তা আর ফেরত পাওয়া যাবে না। ডিলিট করার আগে একটি কনফার্মেশন মেসেজ আসবে।
  • টেবিলের নিচে ডানদিকে থাকা পেজিনেশন কন্ট্রোল ব্যবহার করে তালিকার অন্য পেজগুলোতে যাওয়া যায় এবং প্রতি পেজে কতগুলো সারি দেখাবে তা নির্ধারণ করা যায়।

স্ক্রিনের ঘর ও বোতামগুলোর মানে

  • **User Name**

    ইউজারের নাম দিয়ে খোঁজার জন্য এই ঘরে নাম লিখুন।

  • **Email**

    ইউজারের ইমেইল দিয়ে খোঁজার জন্য এই ঘরে ইমেইল লিখুন।

  • **Phone Number**

    ইউজারের ফোন নম্বর দিয়ে খোঁজার জন্য এই ঘরে নম্বর লিখুন।

  • **Role**

    ড্রপডাউন থেকে ইউজারের রোল বা পদবি বেছে নিয়ে সার্চ করার জন্য।

  • **Search**

    ফিল্টার অনুযায়ী ইউজার খুঁজতে এই বাটনে চাপ দিন।

  • **Reset**

    সার্চের ঘরে লেখা সব তথ্য মুছে ফেলতে এই বাটনে চাপ দিন।

  • **Filter...**

    এই ঘরে কোনো শব্দ লিখলে টেবিলের তথ্যগুলো সে অনুযায়ী ফিল্টার হয়ে দেখাবে।

  • **Add New +**

    সিস্টেমে নতুন ইউজার প্রোফাইল যোগ করার জন্য এই বাটনে ক্লিক করুন।

  • **Export to Excel**

    ইউজারের তালিকা এক্সেল ফাইলে ডাউনলোড করার জন্য।

  • **Columns**

    টেবিলের কোন কোন কলাম দেখতে চান তা নির্বাচন করার জন্য।

  • **Actions** (Eye icon)

    ইউজারের বিস্তারিত তথ্য দেখার জন্য চোখের আইকনে ক্লিক করুন।

  • **Actions** (Pencil icon)

    ইউজারের তথ্য এডিট বা পরিবর্তন করার জন্য পেন্সিল আইকনে ক্লিক করুন।

  • **Actions** (Trash Can icon)

    ইউজার প্রোফাইল সিস্টেম থেকে মুছে ফেলার জন্য ট্র্যাশ ক্যান আইকনে ক্লিক করুন।

The "User Management" module enables administrators to manage and maintain user accounts within the system. This module provides functionalities for searching, viewing, adding, editing, deleting, and exporting user-specific data.

Search Users

This section allows users to efficiently locate existing user profiles based on specific criteria.

  • User Name: Enter the full or partial username to filter search results.
  • Email: Enter the full or partial email address to filter search results.
  • Phone Number: Enter the full or partial phone number to filter search results.
  • Role :Enter a role from the drop down
  • Reset: Activate this button to clear all applied search filters, thereby displaying all available user profiles in the "List Of Users" table.
  • Search: Activate this button to apply the specified search filters and populate the "List Of Users" table with corresponding results.

List Of Users Table

The "List Of Users" table presents a comprehensive overview of all user profiles registered in the system.

The table provides the following columns for each user entry:

CheckboxA checkbox associated with each row, enabling selection of one or multiple user entries for potential batch operations.
SLSequential serial number of the user entry within the current page.
User NameThe unique username assigned to the user.
First NameThe first name of the user.
Last NameThe last name of the user.
EmailThe primary email address of the user.
Phone NumberThe contact phone number of the user.
ActionsContains icons that enable specific operations to be performed on the respective user entry.

Filter and Pagination

  • Filter Text Box: Enter keywords into the "Filter..." text box located above the table. The table will dynamically filter rows to display only entries that contain the entered text.
  • Pagination Controls: Located at the bottom-right of the table, these controls (e.g., "1," "2," "Next," "Previous") allow navigation through multiple pages of results if the list is extensive. A dropdown menu enables users to select the number of rows displayed per page (e.g., "10," "25," "50"). The display also indicates "X of Y row(s) selected," showing the current count of selected rows out of the total.

Actions

Row-Specific Actions Each user entry within the "List Of Users" table includes actionable icons under the "Actions" column:

  • View/Details Icon (Eye icon): Select this icon to display the complete details of a specific user profile in a read-only format.
  • Edit Icon (Pencil icon): Select this icon to modify the attributes of an existing user profile. This action will typically open a form allowing data input.
  • Delete Icon (Trash Can icon): Select this icon to remove a user profile from the system. Caution is advised: This action is irreversible. A confirmation prompt will usually appear before deletion. Global Actions

Located in the upper-right quadrant of the screen, these buttons perform actions applicable to the entire module or selected entries.

  • Add New +: Select this button to initiate the addition of a new user profile to the system. Upon selection, a new form or modal window will appear, prompting the input of detailed information for the new user. Complete all required fields as per system guidelines.

Exporting Data

The data presented within the "List Of Users" table can be exported into various common formats for reporting or external use:

  • Excel: Select the "Excel" button to download the current list of users in Microsoft Excel format (.xlsx)..
  • PDF: Select the "PDF" button to generate and download a PDF document of the displayed list.

Column Customization

  • Columns Button: Selecting this button will reveal a dropdown menu, allowing users to select or deselect specific columns for display within the "List Of Users" table. This feature enables tailoring the table view to specific preferences or reporting requirements by showing or hiding unnecessary columns.
