The "API User Credentials" module enables administrators to manage API user accounts used for system integrations and external service communication. Administrators can create, view, update, and delete API user credentials, as well as configure access restrictions and associated system types.

This section allows users to locate API user accounts based on specific criteria.

• User Name: Enter the username of the API user.
• System Type: Select the associated system type from the dropdown list.

After entering the desired criteria, click the "Search" button to retrieve matching records.

• Reset: Clears all entered search criteria.
• Add New: Opens the API User Credential creation form.
• Export to Excel: Exports the displayed records to an Excel file.

List of API User Credentials

The grid displays the existing API user accounts with the following information:

• Username
• System Type
• Is Locked
• Actions

The Actions column provides options to view, edit, or delete API user records.

View API User Credential

The View option allows users to review API user details in read-only mode.

The following information is displayed:

• Username
• Password (masked)
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• System Type
• Lock Status
• Description
• Allowed IP Address List (if configured)

Click "Close" to return to the previous screen.

The Edit option allows administrators to modify existing API user information.

The following fields can be updated:

• Username
• Password
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• System Type
• Associated Bank (if applicable)
• Lock Status
• Description

Administrators can also manage authorized IP addresses by specifying:

• IP Address
• Status
• Description

Click "Add New" to add a new IP address entry.

The Delete option allows administrators to permanently remove an API user account from the system.

• Select the Delete action corresponding to the desired record.
• A confirmation message will be displayed before deletion.
• Confirm the action to permanently remove the API user credential.
• Once deleted, the record can no longer be used for system integration or authentication.

After updating the API user information, click the "Update" button to save the changes.

• Update: Saves all modifications made to the selected API user account.
• Cancel: Discards unsaved changes and returns to the previous screen.
