The "View Zone" module provides a read-only display of the comprehensive details for an existing operational or geographical zone within the system. This function is essential for reviewing specific zone configurations without the risk of accidental modification, aiding in compliance checks, reporting, and general information retrieval.

The "View Zone" form presents all configured information for the selected zone in a non-editable format. This ensures data integrity and provides a clear snapshot of the zone's properties.

• Zone Code: Displays the unique code that identifies the zone.
• Zone Name: Shows the official and descriptive name of the zone.
• Zone Address: Presents the primary physical or administrative address associated with the zone.
• Zone Head Joining Date: Indicates the date the Zone Head assumed responsibility for this zone.
• Employee Name: Displays the name of the employee currently designated as the Zone Head.
• Employee Designation: Shows the professional title or role of the Zone Head.
• Status: Reflects the current operational state of the zone (e.g., "Active" or "Inactive").
• Description: Displays any additional details, notes, or a comprehensive description recorded for the zone.

• Close: To exit the "View Zone" details form, select the "Close" button located at the bottom-right of the modal window. This action will return you to the "Zone Information" list view.
