The "View Area" module provides a read-only display of the comprehensive details for an existing operational or geographical area within the system. This function is essential for reviewing specific area configurations, enabling data verification, facilitating reporting, and supporting general information retrieval without the possibility of accidental modification.

The "View Area" form presents all configured information for the selected area in a non-editable format. This ensures data integrity and provides a clear snapshot of the area's properties.

• Zone Name: Displays the name of the parent zone to which this area belongs.
• Area Code: Shows the unique code that identifies the area.
• Area Name: Presents the official and descriptive name of the area.
• Effective Date: Indicates the date from which the area configuration is considered active or valid.
• Status: Reflects the current operational state of the area (e.g., "Active" or "Inactive").
• Description: Displays any additional details, notes, or a comprehensive description recorded for the area.

• Close: To exit the "View Area" details form, select the "Close" button located at the bottom-right of the modal window. This action will return you to the "Area Information" list view.

This module provides a secure and straightforward method for administrators to access and verify area-specific data, supporting informed decision-making and operational oversight.
