এই মডিউলটি ব্যবহার করে এএমআর (AMR) বা স্বয়ংক্রিয় মিটার থেকে আসা রিডিংগুলো সিস্টেমে আনা হয়। রিডিংগুলো চেক করে প্রসেস করার পর তা বিল তৈরির কাজে ব্যবহার করা যায়।
ধাপে ধাপে
- মেনু থেকে Bill Generation Process, তারপর Meter Bill এবং শেষে AMR Bill Process-এ ক্লিক করে স্ক্রিনটি খুলুন।
- রিডিং খোঁজার জন্য Zone, AMR Provider, DMA, Present Date অথবা A/C No.(10 Digits) থেকে প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য দিন।
- এএমআর রিডিংগুলো স্ক্রিনে দেখতে Get AMR Entry বাটনে ক্লিক করুন।
- নিচের টেবিলে আসা রিডিং, মিটারের তথ্য এবং কোনো ভুল আছে কি না তা চেক করুন।
- সঠিক রিডিংগুলো বিলিং সিস্টেমে যোগ করতে Process AMR বাটনে ক্লিক করুন।
- কোনো রিডিং বাতিল করতে চাইলে সেটি সিলেক্ট করে Cancel AMR বাটনে ক্লিক করুন।
জেনে রাখুন
- সফলভাবে Process AMR করার পরেই এই রিডিংগুলো দিয়ে মিটার বিল তৈরি করা যাবে।
- রিডিংয়ে কোনো সমস্যা থাকলে তা Error Details কলামে দেখা যাবে, যা প্রসেস করার আগে চেক করে নেওয়া জরুরি।

Zone
Zone ড্রপডাউন থেকে নির্দিষ্ট জোন বেছে নিন।
AMR Provider
AMR Provider ড্রপডাউন থেকে এএমআর সেবাদানকারী প্রতিষ্ঠানের নাম নির্বাচন করুন।
DMA
DMA ড্রপডাউন থেকে ডিস্ট্রিক্ট মিটারড এরিয়া নির্বাচন করুন।
Present Date
ক্যালেন্ডার আইকন থেকে এএমআর রিডিং নেওয়ার তারিখটি দিন।
A/C No.(10 Digits)
নির্দিষ্ট গ্রাহকের রিডিং দেখতে তার ১০ ডিজিটের অ্যাকাউন্ট নম্বরটি লিখুন।
Reset
সার্চের সব তথ্য মুছে আগের অবস্থায় ফিরে যেতে এই বাটনে ক্লিক করুন।
Get AMR Entry
বাছাই করা তথ্যের ভিত্তিতে এএমআর রিডিংগুলো স্ক্রিনে আনতে এই বাটনে ক্লিক করুন।
Present Reading (K)
এএমআর ডিভাইস থেকে পাওয়া বর্তমান মিটার রিডিং এখানে দেখায়।
Error Details
রিডিং আনা বা চেক করার সময় কোনো সমস্যা হলে তা এই কলামে দেখায়।
Status
এএমআর এন্ট্রির বর্তমান অবস্থা এখানে দেখা যায়।
Process AMR
বাছাই করা রিডিংগুলো বিল তৈরির জন্য সিস্টেমে যোগ করতে এই বাটনে ক্লিক করুন।
Cancel AMR
বাছাই করা এএমআর এন্ট্রিগুলো বাতিল করতে এই বাটনে ক্লিক করুন।

The AMR Bill Process module is used to retrieve and process Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) data received from AMR-enabled meters. It allows users to fetch meter readings from the selected AMR provider, review the retrieved data, and process valid readings so they can be used for bill generation.
Search Criteria
- Zone: Select the relevant zone from the dropdown menu to retrieve AMR readings.
- AMR Provider: Select the AMR service provider from the dropdown menu.
- DMA: Select the District Metered Area (DMA) from the dropdown menu.
- Present Date: Enter or select the date on which the AMR reading was recorded using the calendar icon.
- A/C No. (10 Digits): Enter the specific consumer account number to retrieve the AMR reading for that account.
- Reset: Activate this button to clear all selected search criteria and restore the default values.
- Get AMR Entry: Activate this button to retrieve AMR meter readings based on the selected search criteria.
AMR Entry List
After retrieving the AMR data, the system displays the matching records in the results table.

| Error Details | Displays any errors encountered while retrieving or validating the AMR reading. |
| Status | Displays the current processing status of the AMR entry. |
| Actions | Contains icons that enable specific operations to be performed on the respective AMR entry. |
Actions
- Process AMR: Processes the selected AMR readings and imports them into the billing system so they can be used for meter bill generation.
- Cancel AMR: Cancels the selected AMR entries and prevents them from being processed.
