ফাইনাল হয়ে যাওয়া মিটার বিলে কোনো ভুল থাকলে তা সংশোধন করে নতুন বিল তৈরি এবং প্রিন্ট করার জন্য এই মডিউলটি ব্যবহার করা হয়। এটি শুধুমাত্র ফাইনাল হওয়া বিলের ক্ষেত্রেই কাজ করে।
ধাপে ধাপে
- মেনু থেকে Bill Generation Process-এ ক্লিক করে Meter Bill-এর অধীনে থাকা Revised Meter Bill-এ যান।
- Bill Year, Bill Month, Zone ইত্যাদি ড্রপডাউন থেকে প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য বেছে নিন।
- নির্দিষ্ট কোনো অ্যাকাউন্টের বিল খুঁজতে চাইলে A/C No. (10 Digits) ঘরে ১০ ডিজিটের অ্যাকাউন্ট নম্বরটি লিখুন।
- বিলটি খুঁজে পেতে Search বাটনে চাপ দিন।
- নিচের তালিকায় বিলটি দেখা গেলে Actions কলামের আইকন ব্যবহার করে রিভাইসড বিল তৈরি, দেখা বা প্রিন্ট করুন।
- প্রিন্ট করার আগে Select Printer থেকে সঠিক প্রিন্টারটি বেছে নিন।
জেনে রাখুন
- এই মডিউলটি শুধুমাত্র সেই বিলগুলোর জন্যই কাজ করবে যেগুলো আগে থেকে ফাইনাল করা হয়েছে।
- ফাইনাল হয়নি এমন কোনো বিলের জন্য রিভাইসড বিল তৈরি করা যাবে না।
- সঠিক কাজের ধারা হলো: Meter Reading Entry → Bill Generation → Bill Finalize → Revised Meter Bill।

The Revised Meter Bill module is used to generate and print revised bills for consumer accounts afterthe original meter bill has been finalized . This module allows authorized users to retrieve finalized bills, review the billing information, and generate a revised bill when changes or corrections are required.
Search Criteria
- Printer Status: Displays the current printer connection status and the number of available printers.
- Select Printer: Select the printer to be used for printing the revised meter bill.
- Bill Year: Select the billing year from the dropdown menu to filter search results.
- Bill Month: Select the billing month from the dropdown menu to filter search results.
- Zone: Select the relevant zone from the dropdown menu to filter search results.
- Area: Select the specific area from the dropdown menu to filter search results.
- ARO: Select the Area Revenue Officer (ARO) from the dropdown menu to filter search results.
- Inspector: Select the Inspector from the dropdown menu to filter search results.
- A/C No. (10 Digits): Enter the specific 10-digit consumer account number to search for a finalized bill.
- Reset: Activate this button to clear all applied search criteria and restore the default values.
- Search: Activate this button to retrieve finalized bills matching the specified search criteria.

So the Revised Meter Bill module works on already finalized bills , not on bills that are still pending finalization.
