ধাপে ধাপে
- মেনু থেকে Bill Generation Process, তারপর Deep Tubewell Bill এবং শেষে Deep Tubewell Renewal Fee-তে ক্লিক করে স্ক্রিনটি ওপেন করুন।
- বিল খোঁজার জন্য Year, Zone, বা Area ড্রপডাউন থেকে নির্দিষ্ট তথ্য বেছে নিন।
- নির্দিষ্ট কোনো বিল খুঁজতে A/C No.(10 Digits), DTW A/C No. (11 Digits), অথবা Bill No.(13 Digits) বক্সে নম্বর টাইপ করুন।
- বিলগুলো দেখতে Search বাটনে চাপ দিন।
- নিচের লিস্টে বিলের বিস্তারিত তথ্য এবং স্ট্যাটাস দেখতে পাবেন।
- বিলের বিস্তারিত দেখা বা প্রিন্ট করার জন্য Actions কলামের আইকনগুলো ব্যবহার করুন।
স্ক্রিনের ঘর ও বোতামগুলোর মানে
Year
যে বছরের বিল খুঁজতে চান, তা এই ড্রপডাউন থেকে বেছে নিন।
Zone
নির্দিষ্ট জোন বেছে নেওয়ার ড্রপডাউন।
Area
নির্দিষ্ট এরিয়া বেছে নেওয়ার ড্রপডাউন।
A/C No.(10 Digits)
১০ ডিজিটের সাধারণ কনজ্যুমার অ্যাকাউন্ট নম্বর দিয়ে বিল খোঁজার ঘর।
DTW A/C No. (11 Digits)
১১ ডিজিটের ডিপ টিউবওয়েল অ্যাকাউন্ট নম্বর দিয়ে বিল খোঁজার ঘর।
Bill No.(13 Digits)
১৩ ডিজিটের বিল নম্বর দিয়ে নির্দিষ্ট বিল খোঁজার ঘর।
Search
দেওয়া তথ্য অনুযায়ী বিল খুঁজতে এই বাটনে ক্লিক করতে হয়।
Reset
সার্চ করার জন্য দেওয়া সব তথ্য মুছে ফেলতে এই বাটনে ক্লিক করতে হয়।
Total Bills
সার্চ করার পর পাওয়া মোট বিলের সংখ্যা এখানে দেখায়।
Renewal Fee(TK)
ডিপ টিউবওয়েলের জন্য ধার্যকৃত রিনিউয়াল ফি-এর পরিমাণ।
Permission Fee(TK)
প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে পারমিশন ফি-এর পরিমাণ।
Total Bill(TK)
বিলের মোট প্রদেয় টাকার পরিমাণ।
Status
বিলের বর্তমান অবস্থা (যেমন: Generated, Paid, Cancelled) এখানে দেখায়।

The Deep Tubewell Renewal Fee module is used to search, review, and manage generated Deep TubewellRenewal Fee bills. It allows users to retrieve renewal fee bills using different search criteria and view their billing details and current status.
Search Criteria
- Year: Select the billing year from the dropdown menu to filter search results.
- Zone: Select the relevant zone from the dropdown menu to filter search results.
- Area: Select the specific area from the dropdown menu to filter search results.
- A/C No. (10 Digits): Enter the associated general consumer account number to search for a specific renewal fee bill.
- DTW A/C No. (11 Digits): Enter the 11-digit Deep Tubewell account number to search for a specific renewal fee bill.
- Bill No. (13 Digits): Enter the bill number to search for a specific renewal fee bill.
- Reset: Activate this button to clear all applied search criteria and restore the default values.
- Search: Activate this button to retrieve Deep Tubewell renewal fee bills matching the specified search criteria.

- Total Bills: Displays the total number of renewal fee bills retrieved based on the applied search criteria.
