আগে তৈরি করা কনসোলিডেট বিল বাতিল করার জন্য এই স্ক্রিনটি ব্যবহার করা হয়। বিল বাতিল করলে মূল আলাদা বিলগুলো আবার সিস্টেমে ফেরত আসে।

ধাপে ধাপে

  1. মেনু থেকে Consolidate Bill-এর অধীনে Consolidate Bill Cancel-এ ক্লিক করুন।
  2. A/C No. (10 Digits)* ঘরে গ্রাহকের ১০ ডিজিটের অ্যাকাউন্ট নম্বর দিন।
  3. নির্দিষ্ট কোনো বিল খুঁজতে চাইলে Bill No.(13 Digits) ঘরে ১৩ ডিজিটের বিল নম্বর দিতে পারেন।
  4. Search বাটনে চাপ দিন।
  5. স্ক্রিনের ডানদিকে গ্রাহকের নাম ও ঠিকানা এবং নিচে কনসোলিডেট বিলের তালিকা দেখা যাবে।
  6. কোনো নির্দিষ্ট বিল বাতিল করতে Actions কলামের ডিলিট (লাল রঙের) আইকনে ক্লিক করুন।
  7. তালিকার সব বিল একসাথে বাতিল করতে নিচের Cancel All বাটনে চাপ দিন।

জেনে রাখুন

  • শুধুমাত্র বাতিলযোগ্য কনসোলিডেট বিলগুলোই ক্যানসেল করা যাবে।
  • কনসোলিডেট বিল বাতিল করা হলে, মূল আলাদা বিলগুলো আবার আগের মতো সিস্টেমে ফেরত আসবে এবং সেগুলো প্রসেস বা পেমেন্ট করা যাবে।

স্ক্রিনের ঘর ও বোতামগুলোর মানে

  • A/C No. (10 Digits)*অবশ্যই পূরণ করতে হবে

    গ্রাহকের ১০ ডিজিটের অ্যাকাউন্ট নম্বর এখানে দিতে হবে।

  • Bill No.(13 Digits)

    নির্দিষ্ট কনসোলিডেট বিল খোঁজার জন্য ১৩ ডিজিটের বিল নম্বর।

  • Reset

    সার্চের জন্য দেওয়া তথ্য মুছে ফেলার বাটন।

  • Search

    অ্যাকাউন্ট বা বিল নম্বর দিয়ে বিল খুঁজে বের করার বাটন।

  • Consumer Name

    গ্রাহকের নাম (অ্যাকাউন্ট নম্বর দিয়ে সার্চ করার পর দেখা যাবে)।

  • Address

    গ্রাহকের নিবন্ধিত ঠিকানা।

  • Bill No.

    তৈরি হওয়া কনসোলিডেট বিলের নম্বর।

  • Issue Date

    কনসোলিডেট বিল তৈরির তারিখ।

  • Total with Surcharge(Tk)

    সারচার্জসহ বিলের মোট পরিমাণ।

  • Actions

    নির্দিষ্ট বিল বাতিল করার ডিলিট আইকন।

  • Cancel All

    সার্চ করে পাওয়া সব কনসোলিডেট বিল একসাথে বাতিল করার বাটন।

The Consolidate Bill Cancel module is used to cancel previously generated consolidated bills. Users can search for consolidated bills by account number or bill number, review the bill details, and cancel one or multiple consolidated bills when required.

Search Criteria

  • **A/C No. (10 Digits)*:** Enter the 10-digit consumer account number. This is a required field.
  • Bill No. (13 Digits): Enter the consolidated bill number to search for a specific bill.
  • Reset: Activate this button to clear all entered search criteria and restore the default values.
  • Search: Activate this button to retrieve consolidated bills matching the specified search criteria.

Consumer Information

After a valid account is found, the system displays the following information:

  • Consumer Name: Displays the name of the consumer.
  • Address: Displays the registered address of the consumer.

Consolidated Bill List

Column NameDescription

Bill No.Displays the unique consolidated bill number.
Issue DateDisplays the date on which the consolidated bill was generated.
Prev. ReadingDisplays the previous meter reading associated with the bill, if applicable.
Pres. ReadingDisplays the present meter reading associated with the bill, if applicable.
VAT Amount (Tk)Displays the VAT amount included in the consolidated bill.
Principal Amount (Tk)Displays the principal amount of the consolidated bill before surcharge.
Total Amount (Tk)Displays the total bill amount excluding surcharge.
Total with Surcharge (Tk)Displays the total payable amount including any applicable surcharge.
ActionsContains icons that enable users to cancel the selected consolidated bill.

Actions

  • Cancel All: Cancels all consolidated bills retrieved by the current search criteria.

Note: Only eligible consolidated bills can be cancelled. Once a consolidated bill is cancelled, it is removed from the consolidated billing process, and the original individual bills become available again for further processing or payment according to the system's billing rules.
