এই ইন্টারফেসটি ব্যবহার করে সিস্টেমে আগে থেকে তৈরি করা মেসেজ টেমপ্লেটগুলোর ধরন, প্লেসহোল্ডার এবং মেসেজের মূল লেখা পরিবর্তন বা আপডেট করা যায়।

ধাপে ধাপে

  1. মেনু থেকে Meet the Consumer-এ ক্লিক করে Message Template-এ যান।
  2. মেসেজ টেমপ্লেটের তালিকা থেকে নির্দিষ্ট টেমপ্লেটটি এডিট করার অপশন চালু করুন, যার ফলে Edit Message Template পপ-আপ আসবে।
  3. Message Type ড্রপডাউন থেকে মেসেজের ধরন বা ক্যাটাগরি পরিবর্তন করুন।
  4. প্রয়োজন হলে Placeholder ড্রপডাউন থেকে নতুন প্লেসহোল্ডার যোগ করুন বা বাদ দিন।
  5. Message Description বক্সে মেসেজের নতুন লেখাটি টাইপ করুন।
  6. সব তথ্য ঠিক থাকলে Update বাটনে চাপ দিয়ে পরিবর্তনগুলো সেভ করুন।

জেনে রাখুন

  • অ্যাস্টেরিস্ক (*) চিহ্ন দেওয়া ফিল্ডগুলো অবশ্যই পূরণ করতে হবে।
  • Update বাটনে চাপ দেওয়ার পর সিস্টেম যাচাই করবে সব দরকারি তথ্য দেওয়া হয়েছে কি না, তারপর তা সেভ হবে।

স্ক্রিনের ঘর ও বোতামগুলোর মানে

  • **Message Type**অবশ্যই পূরণ করতে হবে

    মেসেজের ধরন বা ক্যাটাগরি পরিবর্তন করার ড্রপডাউন।

  • **Placeholder**

    মেসেজে স্বয়ংক্রিয় তথ্য বসানোর জন্য প্লেসহোল্ডার বেছে নেওয়ার অপশন।

  • **Message Description**অবশ্যই পূরণ করতে হবে

    মেসেজের মূল লেখা, যা এখানে টাইপ করে পরিবর্তন করা যায়।

  • **Cancel**

    কোনো পরিবর্তন সেভ না করে পপ-আপ বন্ধ করার বাটন।

  • **Update**

    নতুন দেওয়া তথ্যগুলো সিস্টেমে সেভ করার বাটন।

The "Edit Message Template" interface facilitates the modification of existing message templates within the system. This interface allows users to update the type, placeholders, and content of a message template.

Create Message Section

This section displays the current details of the message template and allows for modifications. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

  • **Message Type*:** This field displays the current category or purpose of the message template. It can be modified by selecting a different value from the provided dropdown menu. This is a required field.
  • Placeholder: This field displays any existing placeholders. New placeholders can be selected or existing ones deselected from the provided dropdown menu.
  • Message Description: This field displays the current content of the message template. It can be modified by entering new text.

Actions

Located at the bottom right of the interface, these buttons control the submission and cancellation of the update process.

  • Cancel: Selecting this button will discard all unsaved changes and close the "Edit Message Template" interface.
  • Update: Selecting this button will validate the entered modifications. If all mandatory fields are completed and data is valid, the updated message template will be saved to the system.
