এই স্ক্রিনটি ব্যবহার করে সিস্টেমে আগে থেকে তৈরি করা কোনো মেসেজ টেমপ্লেটের বিস্তারিত তথ্য দেখা যায়। এটি একটি রিড-ওনলি স্ক্রিন, অর্থাৎ এখান থেকে কোনো তথ্য পরিবর্তন বা এডিট করা যায় না।

ধাপে ধাপে

  1. মেনু থেকে Meet the Consumer-এ ক্লিক করে Message Template-এ যান।
  2. টেমপ্লেটের তালিকা থেকে নির্দিষ্ট টেমপ্লেটটি দেখার জন্য অ্যাকশন কলামের ভিউ আইকনে ক্লিক করুন।
  3. স্ক্রিনে View Message Template নামের একটি পপ-আপ উইন্ডো আসবে।
  4. এখানে টেমপ্লেটের ধরন, প্লেসহোল্ডার এবং মেসেজের বিস্তারিত লেখা পড়ে দেখুন।
  5. দেখা শেষ হলে নিচে ডানদিকের Close বাটনে ক্লিক করে উইন্ডোটি বন্ধ করুন।

জেনে রাখুন

  • এই স্ক্রিনে মেসেজ টেমপ্লেটের কোনো তথ্য পরিবর্তন বা এডিট করা যায় না, এটি শুধুমাত্র দেখার জন্য।

স্ক্রিনের ঘর ও বোতামগুলোর মানে

  • **Message Type**অবশ্যই পূরণ করতে হবে

    মেসেজ টেমপ্লেটটি কোন ক্যাটাগরির বা কী উদ্দেশ্যে তৈরি করা হয়েছে তা এখানে দেখায়।

  • **Placeholder**

    মেসেজের ভেতরে কোনো প্লেসহোল্ডার (যেমন- গ্রাহকের নাম বা একাউন্ট নম্বর) ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে কি না তা দেখায়।

  • **Message Description**অবশ্যই পূরণ করতে হবে

    মেসেজের মূল লেখা বা বিস্তারিত বিবরণ এখানে দেখা যায়।

  • **Close**

    এই বাটনে ক্লিক করলে পপ-আপ উইন্ডোটি বন্ধ হয়ে আগের স্ক্রিনে ফিরে যাবে।

The "View Message Template" interface provides a read-only display of an existing message template within the system. This interface allows users to review all details associated with a message template without the ability to make modifications.

Create Message Section

This section displays all details of the message template. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) indicate mandatory information during creation, but are displayed here for informational purposes.

  • **Message Type*:** Displays the category or purpose of the message template.
  • Placeholder: Displays any placeholders included in the message template.
  • Message Description: Displays the detailed content of the message template.

Actions

Located at the bottom right of the interface, this button controls the closure of the view.

  • Close: Selecting this button will close the "View Message Template" interface and return to the previous screen.
