এই স্ক্রিনটি ব্যবহার করে সিস্টেমে আগে থেকে সেট করা বা পাঠানো এসএমএস-এর বিস্তারিত তথ্য দেখা যায়। এটি একটি রিড-ওনলি স্ক্রিন, তাই এখান থেকে কোনো তথ্য পরিবর্তন করা যায় না।
ধাপে ধাপে
- মেনু থেকে Meet the Consumer-এর অধীনে থাকা Bulk SMS-এ ক্লিক করুন।
- নিচের তালিকা থেকে যে এসএমএস-এর বিস্তারিত দেখতে চান সেটি খুঁজুন।
- তালিকার ডানদিকে Actions কলামে থাকা চোখের আইকনে (View) ক্লিক করুন।
- স্ক্রিনে SMS Information নামের একটি পপ-আপ উইন্ডো আসবে, যেখানে মেসেজটির সব তথ্য দেখা যাবে।
- তথ্য দেখা শেষ হলে নিচের Close বাটনে ক্লিক করে উইন্ডোটি বন্ধ করুন।
জেনে রাখুন
- এই ইন্টারফেসটি শুধুমাত্র তথ্য দেখার জন্য। এখান থেকে মেসেজের কোনো লেখা বা সেটিংস পরিবর্তন করা যাবে না।
স্ক্রিনের ঘর ও বোতামগুলোর মানে
Employee Name
যে কর্মচারীকে মেসেজটি পাঠানো হয়েছে তার নাম।
Employee ID
প্রাপক কর্মচারীর নির্দিষ্ট আইডি নম্বর।
Zone
প্রাপক কর্মচারী যে জোনের অন্তর্ভুক্ত তার নাম।
Message Type
এসএমএস-এর জন্য আগে থেকে নির্ধারণ করা টেমপ্লেটের ধরন।
Scheduler
মেসেজটি নির্দিষ্ট সময়ে পাঠানোর জন্য শিডিউল করা আছে কি না তা Yes বা No দিয়ে বোঝানো হয়।
Reminder
রিমাইন্ডার নোটিফিকেশন চালু আছে কি না তা Yes বা No দিয়ে বোঝানো হয়।
Email Status
ইমেইল পাঠানোর বর্তমান অবস্থা দেখায় (যেমন: Pending, Sent, Failed)।
Phone Status
এসএমএস পাঠানোর বর্তমান অবস্থা দেখায় (যেমন: Sent, Pending, Skipped, Failed)।
Message Description
প্রাপককে পাঠানো বা শিডিউল করা মেসেজের মূল লেখাটি এখানে দেখা যায়।
Close
এই বাটনে চাপ দিলে বিস্তারিত দেখার পপ-আপ উইন্ডোটি বন্ধ হয়ে যাবে।

The "View SMS" interface provides a read-only display of a previously configured SMS message within the system. This interface allows users to review all details associated with a message without the ability to make modifications.
Selection Section
This section displays the configured parameters of the SMS message.
- Employee Name: Displays the name of the employee who is the recipient of the message.
- Employee ID: Displays the unique employee identification number.
- Zone: Displays the geographical zone associated with the recipient.
- Message Type: Displays the predefined message template selected for the notification.
- Scheduler: Indicates whether message scheduling is enabled (Yes ) or disabled (No ).
- Reminder: Indicates whether reminder notifications are enabled (Yes ) or disabled (No ).
- Email Status: Displays the current delivery status of the email notification (e.g., Pending, Sent, Failed).
- Phone Status: Displays the current delivery status of the SMS notification (e.g., Sent, Pending, Skipped, Failed).
- Message Description: Displays the content of the message sent or scheduled for the recipient.
