এই মডিউলটি ব্যবহার করে সিস্টেমে নতুন মিটিং তৈরি, পরিচালনা এবং ট্র্যাক করা যায়। এখান থেকে মিটিংয়ের তালিকা দেখা, ফিল্টার করা, এডিট বা ডিলিট করা এবং রিপোর্ট ডাউনলোড করা যায়।
ধাপে ধাপে
- প্রথমে বাম পাশের মেনু থেকে Meet the Consumer-এ ক্লিক করুন।
- এরপর Meeting Schedule-এ ক্লিক করলে মিটিংয়ের একটি তালিকা দেখতে পাবেন।
- নতুন মিটিং তৈরি করতে ডানদিকের উপরের কোণায় থাকা Create Meeting + বাটনে ক্লিক করুন।
- কোনো নির্দিষ্ট মিটিং খুঁজতে বাম দিকের Filter... বক্সে লিখে সার্চ করুন।
- মিটিংয়ের বিস্তারিত দেখতে, তথ্য পরিবর্তন করতে বা মুছে ফেলতে Actions কলামের আইকনগুলো (চোখ, পেন্সিল, ডিলিট) ব্যবহার করুন।
- টেবিলের তথ্যগুলো ডাউনলোড করতে ডানদিকের উপরে থাকা Excel বা PDF বাটনে ক্লিক করুন।
জেনে রাখুন
- ডিলিট (Trash Can) আইকনে ক্লিক করে কোনো মিটিং মুছে ফেললে তা আর ফেরত আনা যাবে না। তাই ডিলিট করার আগে সতর্ক থাকতে হবে।

নির্দিষ্ট মিটিং খুঁজে বের করার জন্য এখানে কিওয়ার্ড লিখে সার্চ করতে হয়।
**Meeting Reference**
এটি মিটিংয়ের একটি ইউনিক আইডি বা রেফারেন্স কোড।
**Meeting Type**
মিটিংটি কোন ধরনের হবে তা দেখায় (যেমন: InPerson, Hybrid, Virtual)।
**Target Audience**
মিটিংটি কাদের জন্য (যেমন: Employees, Consumers) তা নির্দেশ করে।
**Final Date**
মিটিংয়ের চূড়ান্ত তারিখ।
**Reg Start Date**
মিটিংয়ের জন্য রেজিস্ট্রেশন শুরুর তারিখ।
**Reg End Date**
মিটিংয়ের জন্য রেজিস্ট্রেশন শেষের তারিখ।
**Meeting Status**
মিটিংয়ের বর্তমান অবস্থা (যেমন: Created, Postponed, Rescheduled)।
**Actions**
এখান থেকে মিটিংয়ের বিস্তারিত দেখা (Eye), এডিট করা (Pencil) বা ডিলিট (Trash Can) করা যায়।

This module provides functionalities for viewing, filtering, adding, editing, deleting, and exporting meeting information.
Meeting Information Section
This section provides an overview of the module's purpose.
- Meeting Information: Indicates the primary function of the module, which is to manage meeting schedules.
List of Meeting Schedule Table
The "List of Meeting Schedule" table provides a comprehensive overview of all meeting schedules configured within the system.
The table includes the following columns for each meeting schedule entry:

| SL | The sequential serial number of the meeting schedule entry within the current page. |

Filter and Pagination
- Filter Text Box: Enter keywords to dynamically filter the displayed list of meeting schedules. The table will update to show only entries containing the entered text.
- Pagination Controls: Located at the bottom of the table, these controls facilitate navigation through multiple pages of results. A dropdown menu allows users to select the number of rows displayed per page. The display also indicates the count of currently selected rows out of the total available entries.
Actions
Row-Specific Actions Each meeting schedule entry within the "List of Meeting Schedule" table includes actionable icons under the "Actions" column:
- View/Details Icon (Eye icon): Select this icon to display the complete details of a specific meeting schedule record in a read-only format.
- Edit Icon (Pencil icon): Select this icon to modify the attributes of an existing meeting schedule record. This action typically opens a form for data input.
- Delete Icon (Trash Can icon): Select this icon to remove a meeting schedule record from the system. Caution is advised: This action is irreversible. A confirmation prompt will usually appear before deletion. Global Actions Located in the upper-right quadrant of the screen, these buttons perform actions applicable to the entire module.
- Create Meeting +: Select this button to initiate the addition of a new meeting schedule to the system. Upon selection, a new form or modal window will appear, prompting the input of detailed information for the new meeting.
Exporting Data
The data presented within the "List of Meeting Schedule" table can be exported into various standard formats for reporting or external use:
- Excel: Select this button to download the current list of meeting schedules in Microsoft Excel format.
- PDF: Select this button to generate and download a PDF document of the displayed list.
Column Customization
- Columns Button: Selecting this button will reveal a dropdown menu, allowing users to select or deselect specific columns for display within the "List of Meeting Schedule" table. This feature enables tailoring the table view to specific preferences or reporting requirements.
