এই মডিউলটি ব্যবহার করে পুরো বছরের সাপ্তাহিক ছুটির দিনগুলো একসাথে সিস্টেমে যোগ করা যায়। এর ফলে ম্যানুয়ালি একটা একটা করে ছুটির দিন এন্ট্রি করার প্রয়োজন হয় না।
ধাপে ধাপে
- প্রথমে সাইডবার থেকে Configuration setup-এ ক্লিক করে Common Setup থেকে Holiday List-এ যান।
- স্ক্রিনের ডান দিকের উপরের অংশে থাকা Generate Weekend বাটনে ক্লিক করুন।
- Generate Weekend Holidays নামের একটি নতুন উইন্ডো আসবে।
- Year ঘরে যে বছরের ছুটির দিন তৈরি করতে চান, সেটি নির্বাচন করুন।
- Specific Days থেকে সাপ্তাহিক ছুটির দিনগুলো (যেমন: Fri, Sat) টিক দিয়ে নির্বাচন করুন।
- সবশেষে Generate বাটনে ক্লিক করে ছুটির দিনগুলো সেভ করুন।
জেনে রাখুন
- একসাথে একাধিক দিন (যেমন শুক্রবার ও শনিবার) সাপ্তাহিক ছুটি হিসেবে নির্বাচন করা যায়।
- Generate বাটনে ক্লিক করার পর একটি কনফার্মেশন বা সাকসেস মেসেজ দেখা যাবে।

যে বছরের জন্য সাপ্তাহিক ছুটি তৈরি করতে চান, তা এখানে নির্বাচন করতে হবে।

সপ্তাহের কোন দিনগুলো ছুটির দিন হবে, তা টিক দিয়ে নির্বাচন করতে হবে।
Generate
এই বাটনে ক্লিক করলে নির্বাচিত বছরের জন্য সাপ্তাহিক ছুটির দিনগুলো সিস্টেমে তৈরি হয়ে যাবে।
Cancel
এই বাটনে ক্লিক করলে কোনো ছুটির দিন তৈরি না হয়েই উইন্ডোটি বন্ধ হয়ে যাবে।

The "Generate Weekend Holidays" module provides a streamlined method for populating the holiday calendar with recurring weekend non-working days. This automation reduces manual data entry and ensures consistency in scheduling and time-off management.
Holiday Information for Generation
Complete the following fields to specify the parameters for generating weekend holidays:
- **Year *:** Enter or select the specific calendar year for which weekend holidays are to be generated. This field is mandatory.
- **Specific Days *:** Select the specific days of the week that should be designated as weekend holidays. Common selections include "Sun" (Sunday) and "Sat" (Saturday). Multiple days can be selected by checking the corresponding checkboxes (e.g., Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat). This field is mandatory.
Executing or Cancelling Generation
- Generate: After accurately specifying the year and desired weekend days, select the "Generate" button to initiate the automated creation of these holiday entries in the system. A confirmation or success message will typically follow.
- Cancel: If you wish to discard the entered parameters and abandon the holiday generation process, select the "Cancel" button. The modal window will close, and no new holiday entries will be created.
