এই স্ক্রিনটি ব্যবহার করে আগে থেকে তৈরি করা লুকআপ কনফিগারেশনের নাম, স্ট্যাটাস এবং ভেতরের ডেটা পরিবর্তন বা এডিট করা যায়। এখান থেকে নতুন লুকআপ ডেটা যোগ করা বা অপ্রয়োজনীয় ডেটা মুছে ফেলাও সম্ভব।
ধাপে ধাপে
- মেনু থেকে Configuration setup-এর অধীনে Common Setup-এ গিয়ে Lookup Configuration-এ ক্লিক করুন।
- লিস্ট থেকে যে লুকআপটি পরিবর্তন করতে চান, তার ডানপাশের Edit Icon-এ ক্লিক করুন।
- Edit Lookup Configuration ফর্মটি চালু হলে প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী উপরের অংশে Lookup Name এবং Status পরিবর্তন করুন।
- নিচের টেবিলে থাকা ডেটাগুলোর Lookup Code, Lookup Value, Status, Effective Date বা Short Description প্রয়োজনমতো পরিবর্তন করুন।
- নতুন কোনো ডেটা যোগ করতে চাইলে Add New + বাটনে ক্লিক করে নতুন ফাঁকা লাইনটি পূরণ করুন।
- কোনো ডেটা মুছে ফেলতে চাইলে Actions কলামের Delete Icon (ট্র্যাশ ক্যান)-এ ক্লিক করুন।
- সব পরিবর্তন সেভ করতে Update বাটনে ক্লিক করুন, অথবা পরিবর্তন বাতিল করতে Cancel বাটনে ক্লিক করুন।
জেনে রাখুন
- Update বাটনে ক্লিক না করা পর্যন্ত আপনার করা কোনো পরিবর্তন সিস্টেমে সেভ হবে না।
- Delete Icon-এ ক্লিক করলে নির্দিষ্ট লুকআপ ডেটাটি তালিকা থেকে মুছে যাবে।
স্ক্রিনের ঘর ও বোতামগুলোর মানে
**Lookup Name**অবশ্যই পূরণ করতে হবে
লুকআপের নাম (যেমন: Provider Type)। এটি পরিবর্তন করা যায়।
**Status**অবশ্যই পূরণ করতে হবে
সম্পূর্ণ লুকআপটির বর্তমান অবস্থা (Active বা Inactive) নির্ধারণ করার ড্রপডাউন।
**Lookup Code**
লুকআপ ভ্যালুর জন্য একটি ইউনিক কোড।
**Lookup Value**
লুকআপের আসল নাম বা ভ্যালু।
**Status**
টেবিলের নির্দিষ্ট ডেটা এন্ট্রির অবস্থা (Active বা Inactive)।
**Effective Date**
ক্যালেন্ডার আইকন থেকে যে তারিখ নির্বাচন করবেন, সেই দিন থেকে এই ভ্যালুটি কার্যকর হবে।
**Short Description**
লুকআপ ভ্যালু সম্পর্কে ছোট কোনো নোট বা বিবরণ।
**Actions**
ডেটার সিরিয়াল উপর-নিচ করার অ্যারো আইকন এবং মুছে ফেলার জন্য ডিলিট আইকন থাকে।
**Add New +**
টেবিলে নতুন একটি ফাঁকা লাইন যোগ করার বাটন।
**Cancel**
কোনো পরিবর্তন সেভ না করে ফর্মটি বন্ধ করার বাটন।
**Update**
ফর্মে করা সব পরিবর্তন সেভ করার বাটন।

Editing Lookup Configuration
Upon selection of the Edit Icon for a lookup entry in the "List of Configs" table, an "Edit Lookup Configuration" form will be displayed, enabling modification of its attributes.
LookupType Configuration
This section presents and permits the modification of the primary lookup type properties:
- Lookup Name: The identifier of the lookup (e.g., "Final_test"). This field is subject to editing.
- Status: A dropdown menu facilitating the alteration of the overall status for the lookup type (e.g., "Active" or "Inactive").
LookupData Configuration
This section enumerates the individual data entries associated with the lookup type. Each row corresponds to a specific lookup value and its respective properties.

| Actions | Contains icons for managing individual lookup data entries. |
For each lookup data entry, the Actions column provides:
- Up/Down Arrows: Icons (represented as vertical arrows or comparable controls) to adjust the sequence of lookup data entries within the list.
- Delete Icon (Trash Can icon): Select this icon to remove a specific lookup data entry from the list.
Adding New Lookup Data Entry
Within the "LookupData Configuration" section, new individual lookup data entries can be appended:
- Add New +: Select this button to insert a new, blank row into the "LookupData Configuration" table, thereby enabling the input of a new Lookup Code, Lookup Value, Status, Effective Date, and Short Description.
Form Actions
At the base of the "Edit Lookup Configuration" form, the following controls are available:
- Cancel: Select this button to discard all modifications and close the form, reverting to the "Lookup Configuration" list.
- Update: Select this button to save all alterations made to both the Lookup Type Configuration and Lookup Data Configuration.
