এই মডিউলটি ব্যবহার করে আগে থেকে তৈরি করা কোনো ট্যারিফ নোটিশের বিস্তারিত তথ্য দেখা যায়। এখানে কোনো তথ্য পরিবর্তন করা যায় না, এটি শুধুমাত্র পড়ার জন্য।
ধাপে ধাপে
- মেনু থেকে Common Setup-এ ক্লিক করে Tariff Setup থেকে Tariff Office Order-এ যান।
- স্ক্রিনে থাকা তালিকা থেকে নির্দিষ্ট নোটিশটি খুঁজুন এবং Actions কলামের নিচে থাকা চোখের আইকনে (View) ক্লিক করুন।
- View Tariff Notice নামের একটি পপ-আপ উইন্ডো আসবে, যেখানে নোটিশের বিস্তারিত তথ্য দেখা যাবে।
- তথ্য দেখা শেষ হলে Close বাটনে চাপ দিয়ে উইন্ডোটি বন্ধ করুন।
জেনে রাখুন
- এই স্ক্রিন থেকে ট্যারিফ নোটিশের কোনো তথ্য পরিবর্তন বা সেভ করা যাবে না, এটি শুধুমাত্র দেখার জন্য (Read-only)।
- Attachment অংশে থাকা ফাইলগুলো শুধু ডাউনলোড করা যাবে, কিন্তু এখান থেকে নতুন কোনো ফাইল আপলোড করা বা মুছে ফেলা যাবে না।
স্ক্রিনের ঘর ও বোতামগুলোর মানে
Notice Forঅবশ্যই পূরণ করতে হবে
নোটিশটি কোন ক্যাটাগরি বা সার্ভিসের জন্য প্রযোজ্য তা এখানে দেখা যায়।
Notice Nameঅবশ্যই পূরণ করতে হবে
ট্যারিফ নোটিশটির নির্ধারিত নাম।
Notice Dateঅবশ্যই পূরণ করতে হবে
নোটিশটি কার্যকর হওয়ার তারিখ।
Notice Status
নোটিশটি বর্তমানে চালু (Active) নাকি বন্ধ (Inactive) আছে তা দেখায়।
Remarks
ট্যারিফ নোটিশ সম্পর্কিত কোনো অতিরিক্ত তথ্য বা মন্তব্য।
Attachment
নোটিশের সাথে যুক্ত কোনো ফাইল থাকলে এখানে দেখা যায় এবং ডাউনলোড করা যায়।
Close
এই বাটনে চাপ দিলে ভিউ উইন্ডোটি বন্ধ হয়ে যাবে।

The "View Tariff Office Order" module enables users to review the details of an existing tariff notice without the ability to modify its content. This function provides a read-only display of the notice information.
Tariff Notice Information Displayed
The "View Tariff Notice" form displays the following information in a read-only format:

| Attachment | An area where associated files would be displayed. These files can typically be downloaded but not modified or uploaded from this view. |
Closing the View Tariff Office Order Form
- Close: To exit the "View Tariff Office Order" form, select the "Close" button. The modal window will close, and no changes can be made or saved from this view.
