This manual outlines the process for creating new surcharge configurations within the system. The "Create New Surcharge" interface is divided into two main sections: Surcharge Master Configuration and Surcharge Child Configuration.

This section captures the primary details of the new surcharge. All fields marked with an asterisk (∗) are mandatory.

• Record No. ∗: Enter a unique record number for the surcharge.
• Memo No. ∗: Input the relevant memo number.
• Attachment: This area allows users to upload supporting documents. You can either drag and drop files directly into the designated area or click "Browse for files" to select documents from your local system. The maximum file size allowed is 10MB.
• Memo Date: Select the memo date using the calendar icon.

• Frequency Type: Choose the frequency type from the drop-down menu.
• Surcharge Name: Enter the descriptive name for the surcharge.
• Effective Date: Select the effective date for the surcharge using the calendar icon.
• Status: Select the initial status of the surcharge from the dropdown menu (e.g., Active).
• Description: Provide any additional details or notes regarding the surcharge in this text area.

This section allows for the definition of specific surcharge rates and their application based on roles and frequency values. Each row represents a distinct surcharge child configuration.

• Role Name: Enter the name of the role to which this surcharge configuration applies.
• Frequency Value: Input the specific frequency value associated with this surcharge configuration.
• Surcharge Rate (%): Enter the percentage rate for this surcharge.
• Description: Provide a description for this specific surcharge child configuration.

Once all necessary information has been entered:

• Cancel: Click this button to discard all entered data and close the "Create New Surcharge" interface without saving.
• Create Surcharge: Click this button to save the new surcharge master and child configurations to the system.
