This manual provides instructions for viewing existing surcharge configurations within the system. The "View Surcharge" interface displays information in two main sections: Surcharge Master Configuration and Surcharge Child Configuration. All data presented in this view is read-only.

This section displays the primary details of the surcharge.

• Record No.: Displays the unique record number assigned to the surcharge.
• Memo No.: Shows the relevant memo number associated with the surcharge.
• Attachment: This area indicates if any supporting documents are attached to the surcharge record. Files cannot be uploaded or downloaded from this view.
• Memo Date: Displays the date of the memo.
• Frequency Type: Shows the selected frequency type for the surcharge.
• Surcharge Name: Displays the descriptive name of the surcharge.
• Effective Date: Shows the date from which the surcharge is effective.
• Status: Indicates the current status of the surcharge (e.g., Active, Inactive).
• Description: Displays any additional details or notes provided for the surcharge.

This section displays the specific surcharge rates and their application based on roles and frequency values. Each row represents a distinct surcharge child configuration.

• Role Name: Displays the name of the role to which this surcharge configuration applies.
• Frequency Value: Shows the specific frequency value associated with this surcharge configuration.
• Surcharge Rate (%): Displays the percentage rate of the surcharge.
• Description: Shows any description provided for this specific surcharge child configuration.

• Close: Click this button to exit the "View Surcharge" interface and return to the previous screen.
