The "Create New FAQ" module enables administrators to add new Frequently Asked Questions to the system. This module facilitates the input of essential information for each new FAQ entry.

This section provides the input fields necessary for defining a new FAQ. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and must contain valid data for the FAQ to be successfully created.

• **Module*:** Select the relevant module or category to which the new FAQ pertains from the dropdown menu. This is a required field.
• FAQ Status: Activate this checkbox to set the FAQ as active upon creation. If left unselected, the FAQ may be created in an inactive or draft status, requiring later activation.
• **Question*:** Enter the full question text for the FAQ. The input is limited to 150 characters. This is a required field.
• **Answer*:** Enter the corresponding answer to the FAQ. The input is limited to 255 characters. This is a required field.
• Description: Enter any additional descriptive information related to the FAQ.

Located at the bottom right of the interface, these buttons control the submission and cancellation of the FAQ creation process.

• Cancel: Selecting this button will discard all unsaved changes and close the "Create New FAQ" interface without creating a new FAQ.
• Create: Selecting this button will validate the entered information. If all mandatory fields are completed and data is valid, a new FAQ record will be added to the system with the provided details.
