The "Edit FAQ" module enables administrators to modify existing Frequently Asked Questions within the system. This module facilitates the updating of essential information for each FAQ entry, ensuring data accuracy and currency.

This section provides the input fields necessary for modifying an existing FAQ. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and must contain valid data for the changes to be successfully updated.

• **Module*:** Select a new module or category from the dropdown menu if the FAQ's categorization needs to be changed. This is a required field.
• FAQ Status: Activate or deactivate this checkbox to change the operational status of the FAQ. A checked box typically indicates an active status, while an unchecked box indicates an inactive or draft status.
• **Question*:** Edit the full question text for the FAQ. Ensure the input adheres to any character limitations. This is a required field.
• **Answer*:** Edit the corresponding answer to the FAQ. Ensure the input adheres to any character limitations. This is a required field.
• Description: Modify any additional descriptive information related to the FAQ.

Located at the bottom right of the interface, these buttons control the submission and cancellation of the FAQ modification process.

• Cancel: Selecting this button will discard all unsaved changes and close the "Edit FAQ" interface without updating the FAQ.

• Update: Selecting this button will validate the modified information. If all mandatory fields are completed and data is valid, the FAQ record will be updated with the new details in the system.
