এই স্ক্রিনটি ব্যবহার করে সিস্টেমে আগে থেকে সেভ করা কোনো FAQ (সাধারণ জিজ্ঞাসা) এর বিস্তারিত তথ্য পড়া যায়। এখানকার তথ্যগুলো শুধু দেখার জন্য, কোনো পরিবর্তন করা যায় না।

ধাপে ধাপে

  1. মেনু থেকে FAQ & Notice Management-এ ক্লিক করে Create FAQ-তে যান।
  2. তালিকার Actions কলাম থেকে চোখের আইকনে (View) ক্লিক করলে View FAQ পপআপ উইন্ডো খুলবে।
  3. এখানে FAQ-এর প্রশ্ন, উত্তর এবং অন্যান্য বিস্তারিত তথ্যগুলো পড়ে দেখুন।
  4. পড়া শেষ হলে নিচের Close বাটনে চাপ দিয়ে উইন্ডোটি বন্ধ করুন।

জেনে রাখুন

  • এই স্ক্রিনের তথ্যগুলো শুধুমাত্র পড়ার জন্য (read-only)। এখান থেকে কোনো তথ্য এডিট বা পরিবর্তন করা যাবে না।

স্ক্রিনের ঘর ও বোতামগুলোর মানে

  • Module *অবশ্যই পূরণ করতে হবে

    কোন মডিউল বা ক্যাটাগরির সাথে FAQ-টি যুক্ত তা দেখায়।

  • Status

    FAQ-টি বর্তমানে চালু (Active) নাকি বন্ধ (Inactive) আছে তা নির্দেশ করে।

  • Question *অবশ্যই পূরণ করতে হবে

    FAQ-এর সম্পূর্ণ প্রশ্নটি এখানে দেখা যায়।

  • Answer *অবশ্যই পূরণ করতে হবে

    প্রশ্নটির উত্তর এখানে দেওয়া থাকে।

  • Description

    FAQ সম্পর্কিত অন্য কোনো বিস্তারিত তথ্য থাকলে তা এখানে দেখায়।

  • Close

    এই বাটনে চাপ দিলে উইন্ডোটি বন্ধ হয়ে আগের স্ক্রিনে ফিরে যাবে।

The "View FAQ" module enables individuals to review specific information pertaining to an existing Frequently Asked Question within the system. This module provides functionalities for examining FAQ-specific data in a read-only format.

FAQ Information

This section displays the primary attributes of the selected FAQ. All fields within this section are for viewing purposes only and cannot be modified from this interface.

  • **Module*:** Displays the module or category to which the FAQ pertains.
  • FAQ Status: Indicates the current operational status of the FAQ (e.g., active or inactive).
  • **Question*:** Displays the full question text of the FAQ.
  • **Answer*:** Displays the corresponding answer to the FAQ.
  • Description: Displays any additional descriptive information related to the FAQ.

Actions

Located at the bottom right of the interface, this control manages the closure of the view process.

  • Cancel: Selecting this button will close the "View FAQ" interface and return the user to the previous screen or list of FAQs.
